Disabled persons
If you are a disabled person or are traveling with one don’t bother staying here. This hotel doesn’t enforce any kind of parking regulations, they let ANYONE park in the disabled parking without the proper permits. It is rediculous to come in at 6pm and not have use of the disabled parking spaces and when u inquire about it the staff tells u that there’s a party somewhere in the hotel then look at u like it’s not their problem that your wife has Parkinson’s and can barely walk. Of the 3 nights we stayed we had to park far away from the entrance because ppl were parked WITHOUT ANY kind of disabled permits. Will NEVER stay here ever again!!

Friendly staff, great for budget and nice eatery’s near by. Oh, And the free breakfast was very nice
Remeber, it’s a Budget hotel and not a 5 Star Ritz Carlton. And for the budget raging it under, and the super staff, I can not give it less than 10/10. The welcome I received from ‘Edwin’ was better than I’ve been treated at many Hilton’s, even as a Lifetime Diamond HH member. So super well done on that front To the hotel management and Edwin. I also had a nice Experiance with Jeffrey the following day. The staff are great. And that made my wife and I feel so appreciated for our custom. You see we do have a choice. The room was amazing for the price we had 2 large double beds an a couch and very Roomey. It had a coffee machine and super A/c. Not that I needed it. And the shower was nice. Breakfast was fantastic and free. The hotel Had free coffee most of the day in the public areas and honestly it’s very nice for the star of property it is. I loved it and I would definitely go back The surrounding area is good too as there’s an Olive Garden and a Applebee’s 5 mins walk away as well As many shops. Only down an things not criticism in anyway, a bar is always nice, an sadly this doesn’t have one. Remeber that’s not a fault. This is still 10/10 for us. Parking is good and only $20 so for a city hotel, ok on outskirts but still cheap. And they offer an airport shuttle service hourly for $10 per person.

Do not book if you plan to use sofa bed
Checked in and checked out immediately- we’d booked a family suite as we wanted 3 beds - we knew one was a sofa bed- not an issue…. But it was so poor that the springs were poking through and absolutely you just could not sleep on it. The manager gave a full refund on our booking and we moved to another hotel . The staff on the desk and maintenance were all lovely and I’m sure if you weren’t using the sofa bed it would be fine… but absolutely could not stay there.

Can’t beat the holiday vibes
Love the Holiday Inn! Just a quick lobby visit makes me happy here. Never too many people, always friendly and accessible spaces to chat or retire early. 💜

Really good stay!
Exceptionally helpful young man checked us in after a flawless shuttle ride from the airport. Hotel is older but updated and well cared for. Room was clean, spacious and comfortable. We chose this hotel to avoid the high prices in town and it was a good choice. Easy walk to red T line and 3 stops later we were there. Located near a shopping center with dining. Would not hesitate to go back!
