Coach roach hotel
Nice hotel but for the price it isn’t great. Then they nickel and dime you for resort fees. Also had a coach roach in the room. Hotel did spray as soon as I told them.

Definitely not on the up and up!
Do not bother attending their insanely high pitched sales presentations. We considered all the information and the tour of the property and all seemed great until we asked some questions with answers that seemed a bit sketchy. At that point our sales guy, Simo, turned pretty vicious wanting us to sign a deal right away. Not used to such confrontational aggression but did manage to get away from the property under horrible circumstances. Wow. Insane is not a word I use lightly but something in that entire time share scheme is definitely unhinged. Stay clear. Very shady.

Great place to stay if you’re not in east village
We usually stay in a West village villa which means one level and have enjoyed staying there twice but this time we were put in a high rise at East Village on the 4th floor. . The condo badly needed an update and we had noise from above so not as good as usual. We like to stay here because of all the pools, a lazy river and many other amenities They could do with having more activities daily geared to kids and teens

Other than location, not worth it!
Great location, but it’s all down hill from there. Rooms were ok size but were not done well. When the room was repainted, they painted right over dust and dirt and didn’t come close to doing a good job. The room air conditioning was terrible. While it kept the main area comfortable, one bedroom was freezing and the other was a sauna. Parking was a total joke. You were lucky to get a spot anywhere close to your building and frequently have to park a couple of buildings away. The grounds were sub par, especially when comparing it to other resorts. Dead bushes everywhere and the pool area was filled with dead leaves and brush from the dead plants. Pool chairs were impossible to find after 8:30 as they allowed people to save chairs for hours before using. The pool staff were useless. We had a couple smoking weed next to us and the pool staff refused to do anything about it. We have been members for several years and the membership becomes less and less an asset. It was an insult that as members, or even as guests, the resort wanted to charge us $10 a day per person to rent tubes for the lazy river. We are home now and looking into dumping our membership for whatever we can get for it!

Orange lake 2026
Myself and 3 teenage kids stayed in 2 bedroom condo in East Village on 5th floor 86200 block. From start to end my high expectations were met with safety, cleanliness and resort itself. We cried when we left.I did go on timeshare presentation as I was curious about it, but the 90 mins lasted more like 2.5 hours ...which was disappointing but in the end worth the gift in my opinion. Overall experience was 8/10 in that specific condo amd location,as it was close to lazy river which was highlight. My kids were free to move.about resort.with shuttles. It is a picturesque 6 day stay....it is money well spent ... Con: when you arrive you are.charged a.resort fee of over 200 dollars on top of.resort stay which in my opinion should include mini golf ,tubes and waterside. Thank you for the beautiful memories Orange Lake
