    Hotel was refreshed, close to shops and shopping centre.

    Doubletree Hilton was a very comfortable hotel, close to everything, short walk to casino and tours. RSL club on next corner, which food was delicious

    Cairns leg of journey

    The hotel is very clean with great amenities!! Gym, pool etc..The rooms were very spacious and clean. We had 2xdouble beds and still had lots of room. The room itself included a safe, fridge, ironing board, iron and hairdryer. It also had robes and slippers. It is very close to all areas including Marina. Excellent very friendly and polite staff!!

    Renovation will provide increased ratings

    Average hotel experience for one night in Cairns. The rooms have an outdoor entry which is always a concern and the amenities are current with mid level lodging. The room was clean and comfortable. There needs to be some renovations.

    Great Oceanview. Convenient to Airport, Night Market, Pharmacy and Grocery Store

    The deluxe room is huge. All the space you need. Comfortable bed and pillows. Breakfast is ok. Enough options for you to find something to satisfy. Only negative was when I returned from a day tour to find a cleaner left my room door open.

    Well-located hotel, up to Doubletree standards.

    Hotel is well located, a short walk from the restaurants, but in a quiet area. Easy walk across the street to the Promenade along the waterfront. Front desk service was great, with special thanks to Rachelle and Max for their attention to our requests. Rachelle had towels waiting for us at the front desk. Door to the room was repaired within 5 minutes of my request. Breakfast buffet was quite good, offering omelets made to order. The room was large and the bed was very comfortable. The pool was nice, but weirdly located right on the Esplanade sidewalk. The food in the restaurant for lunch and dinner is good.
