I stayed at Hilton Xi'an from 31 Dec to 2 Jan and it was a pleasant stay. Special thanks to the staff especially the front desk lady manager who was very helpful throughout my stay.

The room was great — spacious, comfortable, and exactly what we expected from a Hilton. The location was also convenient, though we didn’t always feel completely safe exploring the surrounding area, especially at night. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of options, and we didn’t use the hotel’s other facilities during our stay. The service, however, was inconsistent. Some staff members were polite but very reserved, while others at the front desk were outright rude, which left a negative impression. For a hotel in this price range, we expected a more professional and welcoming level of service. Overall, a comfortable stay in terms of room and amenities, but the service from some staff members held the experience back.

Elegant Hospitality and Exceptional Dining at Hilton Xi’an
I had a wonderful stay at Hilton Xi’an, and everything was excellent. The food was high quality, with a great selection of both Chinese and international dishes. The restaurants were elegant, and the service was professional and attentive. My room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The overall atmosphere of the hotel felt calm and luxurious. One of the managers from Azerbaijan was especially polite and professional, leaving a great impression. I would gladly stay at Hilton Xi’an again and highly recommend it.

A perfect stay at Hilton Xi’an
I had a perfect stay at Hilton Xi’an. The hotel is elegant, comfortable, and exceptionally well managed. The service was excellent from start to finish. Special thanks to Elchin, one of the managers, for his professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine care for guests. His leadership truly made a difference and enhanced the overall experience. Highly recommended, and I will definitely stay here again.

Polite Service but Dated Rooms
I had a generally good stay at Hilton Xi’an. The restaurant staff were polite and friendly, which made dining there a pleasant experience from a service perspective. They were courteous and attentive whenever approached. The room was clean, but it is quite dated and could benefit from renovation to better match the standards expected of an international Hilton property. One area that could be improved is the restaurant experience. The menu selection was very limited, and despite there being fewer than three tables occupied, I waited around 30 minutes for my grilled salmon to be served, which felt longer than expected. Overall, the hotel has potential due to its service staff, but improvements in room upgrades and dining efficiency would greatly enhance the guest experience.
