Exceptional stay at Hilton Xian. Flawless service, a sparkling clean room, and the most comfortable bed! The entire team was attentive and made us feel right at home- everyone from housekeeping to the front desk was so kind and helpful. This stay reminded us why we love choosing Hilton. Hilton never disappoints. Can't wait to come back! 10/10!

I had a generally good stay at Hilton Xi’an. The restaurant staff were polite and friendly, which made dining there a pleasant experience from a service perspective. They were courteous and attentive whenever approached. The room was clean, but it is quite dated and could benefit from renovation to better match the standards expected of an international Hilton property. One area that could be improved is the restaurant experience. The menu selection was very limited, and despite there being fewer than three tables occupied, I waited around 30 minutes for my grilled salmon to be served, which felt longer than expected. Overall, the hotel has potential due to its service staff, but improvements in room upgrades and dining efficiency would greatly enhance the guest experience.

Beautiful, friendly hotel with great food
Beautiful hotel with a great happy hour. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast had everything you could want. Was extremely impressed.

Aug 21, 2025Do not use taxis booked by hotel
Do not use taxis booked by hotel! We asked concierge to help book a taxi for our trip to the Terra-cotta army. We gave instructions of drop off at north entrance gate but instead we were dropped off at a tour guide office outside the Terracotta Army complex. We were then forced into paying for a guide to take us into our tour. This is a service we didn’t need or want! We were driven to a scam and left in a very uncomfortable situation. This all stemmed from the taxi being booked directly by the hotel!

Gorgeous
The Hilton Xi’an is absolutely gorgeous. The lobby is already very inviting, a big spacious area, but very locally decorated in a typical Chinese style. Check-in very efficient. The rooms are really good, we had the Executive floor – the lounge was closed, but they made up for that by having an alternative executive lounge on the ground floor, with drinks and snacks, that we enjoyed a lot. The rooms are modern Hilton standard, with everything you would expect. Breakfast was especially enjoyable. They offered the usual “international” foods, but the Chinese section was really astonishing. Well, maybe you would expect that when you are in China, but still I was amazed!
