Customer service, rooms, comfortable beds, beautiful grounds, gorgeous pool, awesome location….whats not to love!! Would definitely stay here again! The free shuttle was super convenient too! I have no complaints and that’s usually not the case lol!

Best in Class for Customer Service
Our weekend experience on 1/24 thru 1/27 was fantastic. The conditions of the property were excellent, the food spectacular and service was over top. Notably a big thank you shout out to Bambi and Chrissy at the front desk, Mezee waiter Rick Flair, Pool attendant Samantha and Galley bartender Chris. Each of these employees went above and beyond to make sure my Wife and I were taken care of. All of it made for a memorable weekend. We will return.

A marvelous experience
We absolutely love staying at this hotel, from the beginning the valet team was outstanding as well as the whole staff. The rooms are beautiful and the pool area it’s truly a paradise. I have to mention that Emmanuel from the valet was very helpful and assisted us with our wheelchair family member.

The hotel itself is in a great location and is done up beautifully but I do believe age discrimination was a huge play in my awful stay. Unless you are glammed up and 40+ I wouldn’t expect staff to treat you with much respect. I was lied to by staff about the times of breakfast ending/ lunch beginning (breakfast staff didn’t want to seat me because it was 10am but breakfast ends at 11 but no one else was there so they decided to shut it early). When I came back for lunch, I was sat at a table with BIRD POOP on the table. Did they offer to wipe it or move me to a different table? NO. They saw it and just went on to their other customers. My server was very nice but he saw the poop on the table, I wasn’t served any water like everyone else present at the time, and it took him 15 minutes just to get my drink order (there were only 3 other tables seated at the time, I watched him chat it up with the girl who had lied about times and turned me away for breakfast). I ended up asking for all my food and drinks to go because I was very disgusted at this point. At the amount these rooms are a night, you would think the staff would be more professional regardless of my age. I’ve stayed at many Hiltons around the world, it’s a shame this beautiful branch was full of disrespectful staff. I actually left home a day early due to the nature of feeling targeted every time I walked through the hotel during the day. Dinner staff at the restaurant was a very pleasant experience and the host + waitress was so sweet. I do have picture proof of being sat at a table with bird poop on the table. I wouldn’t even let my child sit at the table in fear of her grabbing the fecal matter. I was never ONCE greeted coming into the hotel by any front staff other than the valet. Your Valet and Cleaning staff were the NICEST people. The younger staff (which makes up a good percentage of the staff) was just a disappointment. Please check your staff about treating people with equality. I don’t have to dress up in gucci and diamonds to be seated at a clean table and treated with respect. Not to mention I sent the drink back due to it being very watered down, and they brought it back to the table with more alcohol and charged me for a double shot when I clearly had asked them to just remove it all together after I had only taken a small sip. The server brought it back and said the manager told him to charge me extra instead of taking it off my bill and just tossing the juice. Such a disappointing trip that I will not ever recommend.

Great hotel in West Palm Beach
Great visit and fantastic accommodations at the Hilton West in West Palm Beach! One of the best business trips I’ve ever had! Staff, food, and the luxurious facilities made the experience feel more like a vacation than a business meeting. The location was perfectly near downtown WPB and close to the water.
