    Great stay at the hotel over the holidays. REGAN at the front desk, KAREL in the restaurant, and the team at Provisions were above expectations. Hotel well maintained and delivered a great Hilton stay!

    Checks almost all the boxes.

    We have stayed at this hotel many times. The rooms are clean. The staff is lovely. The price is worth the stay. Here’s my biggest con- it is predominately families at the pool. People reading and relaxing. Not a party scene. People are here to relax. The music is too loud at the pool (and in the lobby). Yesterday’s music was perfect - not loud and mostly samba and instrumental. Today - it’s super loud and some kind of rock music that I don’t know what to call it. Please Hilton Palm Beach - you have checked the boxes everywhere else. - just keep the pool a relaxing environment. Acoustic classic rock, instrumental soft rock or the Samba playlists so we want to come back. And I’ll say it again - the staff is wonderful.

    Rurik our shuttle driver was very polite and informative. He picked us up when we first arrived. He made us feel welcome.
