    Incredible Staff!

    While staying at the Hilton Puetro Vallarta, my family and I had experienced incredible accommodations from staff on the ground; including Eduardo Robles (pechocho)-- he was by far the most active worker we encountered. He took such special care of my family and was always attentive to what we needed, a gentleman and a kind person all around. Sr. Juan, Mario at Maxcal, and Jenifer a hostess. Breakfast was delicious and all restaurants were amazing our favorite was Maxcal. The staff was instrumental to making our stay luxurious and enjoyable. The beach was also beautiful my only complaint is we wished there were more pool areas for swimming.

    Ok, but wouldn’t recommend for large family group

    Came with extended family of 10 last thanksgiving and then again this year. They changed the restaurant policy where they require reservations for all restaurants, but hotel policy is not to seat groups larger than 8 together. And they’re adamant about it even when a restaurant is empty. It’s so weird. So there is no way for our family to dine together as a group of 10. We came from all over the US for a family vacation and to not have meals together is ridiculous. Definitely won’t come back again.

    Amazing!!!

    Wow!!! My husband and I absolutely loved it :). We booked for our honeymoon and fell in love with the property and staff. Gerardo right away greeted us and took us to our check-in. Alejandro at Enclave was also superb; he helped with everything including a late checkout. The lobby bar was also one of our fave spots! Victor , Jesus, and Jacqueline were just so wonderful! Always happy & smiling ☺️. We got to see victor & jesus as we were checking out and they made sure to send us off with a see you later drink. Jose at the pool also went out of his way multiple times to take care of us! And the activities crew was sooo much fun . Shoutout to Blanca! The food was great! We had the pleasure of Jenifer Lopez accommodating us with walkins in more than one occasion. We had an absolutely perfect honeymoons! We can’t wait to get back next year !

    Outstanding Staff

    We just returned from the Hilton Vallarta Riveria after 8 days. The staff there made our stay. Daniel and Marifer at the breakfast were excellent. They even helped us with our Spanish. At the pool, Jose kept our drinks full all day and arranged to bring us snacks. Brayan and Karen at Sunan Asian restaurant were great also. Finally, Lexi and Gabriella gave us great massages at the spa. If you are going without kids, I would recommend booking the adults only area and hanging out at the adults' pool. If you are taking your children, there certainly seemed to be enough activities to keep them fully occupied. Something was going on all the time.

    Nice Place to Stay

    We had a great time at this resort. It was clean, easy to get around, nice pool & beach areas, great shows, and wonderful staff. Our favorites: Daniel @ pool, Juan/Rebecca/Cecilia/Edson @ Concierge, Wiyonal @ gym, Noemi & Cesar @ Auna, & Sergio @ La Luce.
