We had a fabulous stay here. CELESTE VIVAS was such a huge help to set up a birthday surprise prior to our arrival and she and the girl (wish I knew her name) from the front desk picked the perfect room and view for us!!! The service at our Bali beds was fabulous Daniel, Alonso and Mel took great care of us and Daniella gave the best foot massages every afternoon I highly recommend renting the Bali beds by the adult pool facing the beach! You can also schedule foot massages at your Bali bed which were wonderful too!! Here are the things that were missed opportunities by the hotel and not supportive of the vibe they were trying to create. The Bali beds have 2 lounge chairs on either side and instead of the chairs being part of your area like most resorts they allow these as open seating and give you no privacy or chance to get sun during the day. We always rent day beds and they always come w chairs next to it. The other miss is the Pool menu...it's ridiculous and targeting a 5 year old in America. No tacos, no quesadillas, nothing Mexican besides chips, and nachos. They had burgers, chicken wings and hot dogs...what are they thinking. This makes you have to leave your Bali bed to find a decent lunch...Highly recommend the ceviche place!!! Our service was so great it made up for the bad menu so we had a fabulous time but this definitely should be addressed.

The guacamole they serve at the beginning is really delicious, and the staff are very friendly. I highly recommend the churros for dessert. They’re really tasty!

Best restaurant in PV
A wonderful experience. The host and waiters (Angel and Benji) were superb and made sure we never had to wait for refills. The food was prepared perfectly and all our requests were accommodated quickly. Impeccable service. Thank you!

Wonderful staff!!!
The staff at this resort is absolutely amazing! They should be commended for their wonderful attitudes and willingness to make sure guests have what they need and feel special. Special mention to Norma at the buffet, Eduardo at the pool, the gentleman who rents the kayaks and La Luce waiters Edgar and Cristian. We enjoyed the entertainment in the evenings .. thanks Inuk. We also enjoyed the Pilates classes with the visiting instructor, and the sound healing meditation with the shaman. The protected beach was amazing for floating in the warm water, and the beach was clean and free of debris. The Skybar was a wonderful place to end the afternoon with a soak in the hot tub and a view of the sunset. Thanks to the staff at the front door for managing our bags and transfer with professionalism. My only criticism is that our room on the third floor smelled musty and mildewy. It was always damp in our room despite keeping the AC on and the patio door shut. My clothes and suitcase carried this smell home as an unwanted souvenir. The room was cleaned really well every day.. no fault of the cleaner. Thank you Hilton PV staff for making our week a memorable one!
