Esmeralda, she is a waitress from the breakfast diner at Vela. She was amazing, very polite and always checking on our table to make sure we had everything. That is the Mexican hospitality that we love!

Hilton riviera Vallarta all inclusive amazing
Always an amazing place. Hilton all inclusive are great and the service is at the highest level. Norma Medardo Jose served us most days, remembered our names and made us feel appreciated. This is our third trip here and I am sure don’t be the last.

We had an amazing trip! Everyone was amazing the activity team is so fun and organized, the pool bartenders are so good, we loved Irving! Diego our server at the breakfast buffet, Juan and Jose at the pool took great care of us, Rodrigo and Miguel at the steak house were awesome servers, truly everyone all around was just amazing! The resort is beautiful, it’s our second time here and we will be back! Thank you

Exceptional care from lifeguard, Alejandro!
During our recent stay, my daughter had an unfortunate accident at the pool where she tore her nail.. almost completely off! What could have been a very stressful experience was handled with such gentleness and professionalism thanks to the incredible lifeguard, Alejandro. From the moment it happened, Alejandro was calm, meticulous, and so kind. He treated her injury with great care, making sure she felt safe and comforted throughout the process. Over the next several days, he continued to check on her, reapplying bandages, ointment, and protective wrapping—always with patience and genuine concern. It’s rare to find someone who goes above and beyond purely out of compassion, and Alejandro truly made a lasting impression on our family. His dedication and kindness made a difficult moment so much easier, and we are incredibly grateful!

50th Birthday Celebration
We had a great time there for my birthday. Norma, Isela and Medardo at the Vela were great. There made my birthday morning great with the family and everyday we were there. Jose around the pool was very attentive and we always had drinks in our hand. Over the place was great and the best part when you checked in there was no timeshare pitch. The food was pretty good for the most part. I will say the poolside burgers weren’t the greatest but all of the restaurants the food was good. If you go in November just know the adult pool is cold in the morning and early afternoon until the sun has a chance to warm it up a little. Overall the resort was very clean and the staff was very friendly. If you want to go where to relax and have some entertainment I would highly recommend the Hilton.
