    Food and Customer Service! Top of the line. The fine dining restaurants are to die for, specially Edgar & Alex at La Luce Restaurant were phenomenal. Hilton Vallarta Rivera is an All Inclusive alternative for relaxing, fine dining experience, or family time. Recomendable all the way.

    Hilton puerto vallarta great experience

    Amazing customer service great food. Jorge our waiter was amazing. He was able to cater to our needs and surprice us with a special drinks. Also they have great quality tequilas throughout the hotel bars and restaurants. Im definitely coming back soon with family and friends. Our room hd a great sunset view.

    Great vacation!!!

    One of the best examples of excellent service we’ve experienced in many years of travel. Everyone went above and beyond and we couldn’t have been more cared for. The spa was also a world class experience which we weren’t expecting either. Some of the standout people working here include Jorge, Esela, Ramon, and Marco!

    Great family vacation

    Wonderful property with lovely rooms, good food, activities, and friendly and accommodating staff. A variety of food and gluten free options. Property has several pools and is on the beach. Extra activities can be booked (whale watching, snorkeling, fishing) can be booked at hotel.
