I would really like to give 4.5 stars. This hotel was lovely. The staff was helpful and the room was bigger than most I have stayed in Europe. The only thing that would make this a 5 star hotel is a bigger bathroom. It was tiny! The outdoor bar area was lovely. The breakfast was really good. The coffee was just ok. The room was clean and the bed comfy!

This hotel could not have been better. The service delivered exceeded our expectations at every interaction. The entire team was engaged and treated us like valued guests. I would return to this awesome hotel every time I am in the area.

Great hotel
Hilton Diamond member. Received room upgrade. Was greeted with bottle of prosecco, large bottle of water, and a snack in the room. Executive lounge was good, could use maybe another hot item. Lounge was very large, quiet, comfortable. Room was very nice, lots of modern technology. The wifi was spotty though and they could use an upgrade so it would work without issues. All staff members very friendly and helpful.

I booked this Hotel withTUI, beacuse we stayed here over17 years ago and loved it. We wanted to go back and experience Sorrento amd the Amalfi coast again. Let me start with the good points: Hotel is very large and the views from our room was beautiful, we booked a garden view room, but hotel upgraded us to a sea view room and the 3rd floor. room was ok but compact, bathroom with lovely. Reception staff were nice. Our bags were taken to our room as we had to wait because our room wasnt ready. They phoned us when it was ready. The negative points. Breakfast was served in what is supposed to be a main dining room!! Large room and cold because they had the air conditioning on!!. The hot selection !!! WAS NOT HOT!!! and not a lot of hot selection at all. Scambled eggs /cold. Beans cold. Burnt crispy bacon!! cold. sometimes there was mushrooms cold. We even went to breakfast at 7am because we were to going out early, everything was cold. The toaster was a nightmare. The dining options in the hotel were very limited. I remember when I went 17 years ago we stayed half board and had evening meal in the same dining room we had breakfast food was lovely evry evening. Now they have a separate part of the the lounge as dining which is a limited selection of very expensive menu. Also there is a rooftop Intenational restaurant. Called Happytismo!!!. This is very limited menu some very expensive spagheti and some spring rolls ???? Our room was too hot!! We tried to turn air conditioning on every day still stayed at 23 degrees we gave up !!. Once we went to look around hotel because it was raining, we thought we would look at the indoor pool. Only to be told off by a lady!! who said what are you doing in here we are using the this room for a private function !!! Very rude !!! This hotel is fine if you are using it for a business trip but not as holiday!!. Lotsd of board rooms in use. TUis need to take this hotel of there we3bsite because its not really a hotel for holidays just a business hotel..

BEST HOTEL in the whole of Sorrento
We had all our guests stay at the Hilton Sorrento Palace and we had a wonderful time. I worked with beautiful people like Giuseppe, Pepe, Salvatore and others who were professional for over a year with us. We had a great experience, and all our guests are raving about their customer service. They were all respectful and kind. We loved everything about the Hilton. I am short of words to appreciate how much they made this experience sweet and beautiful for our couple, guests, and myself as the planner. I would like to say THANK YOU to Giuseppe, the team, and the entire staff at Hilton Sorrento Palace. I will recommend you guys over and over again. Thanks so much for the hospitality and customer service. Our group felt loved. One of our guests who had medical issues got a microwave in their room. They gave our group a boardroom for our entire stay at no cost to us. The couple and planner got complimentary valet parking. The list goes on of how accommodating they were to us. The breakfast, which is included, sits in the L'alba room that has stunning views of the Sorrento Pennisula. we had our welcome reception at the Algrumeto called the Citrus Garden that brought the experience to life. They really took care of us for our entire stay. I will stay and recommend the Hilton Sorrento Palace over and over.
