Must try breakfast!
Central location close to the park. Typical Hilton experience. Make sure to get breakfast - one of the best we ever had!

Best Hilton Hotel I've Stayed In! Would Return Again and Again!
This is hands down my new favorite Hilton property—if I could give it ten stars, I absolutely would! The location is perfect: just on the edge of Old Town, easy to access by car, and only a ten-minute walk to the heart of the city and all the Christmas markets. The lobby was beautifully decorated for the holidays, festive and inviting. Check-in was smooth despite the busy crowd. Our room was incredibly spacious, the beds were supremely comfortable, and the views from the giant windows were simply breathtaking—we spent plenty of time just sitting in front of the windows and taking it all in. The bathroom was large, spotless, and had a fantastic shower. The room was well insulated and we heard no noise from the outside or any of our neighbors. There’s also a small convenience store and coffee shop in the lobby that came in handy a few times. The real showstopper was the executive lounge on the top floor. While alcoholic drinks weren’t included, the fresh, bountiful food more than made up for it—hummus, olives, appetizers, mac and cheese, meatballs, and more. Breakfast each morning was varied and delicious, from eggs Benedict to French toast, chocolate croissants, fresh fruit, and a wonderful espresso machine, all enjoyed with massive windows looking out over Old Quebec City. The views from this room are unforgettable, and honestly, they made this stay feel even better than staying at the Chateau Frontenac, offering a stunning perspective of the skyline. I cannot say enough good things about this hotel—we found it to be great value and an absolute dream to stay here.

Perfect Stay - great location & staff
What a wonderful hotel ! Perfect location to everything and from Check in to check out it was great they make you feel important and it was busy ! So clean and great concierge to advise you of places to go how to get there and places to eat. I am an honors member so I have stayed at many, we had a great Parliament view and I was so impressed at how clean the windows were, whats a view without clean windows! I would stay here again for sure - if you don’t need your car use the garage option .. fun tip you can use the garage elevator to get to street level and save the climb back up the hill helped us older folks. Christmas Markets easy to get to too !

Nice Hotel but almost no WiFi
I would have given a better score if not for the WiFi and some housekeeping issues. We were there for 5 nights and we're never able to connect to the WiFi in our rooms despite having Hilton Honours status. The "IT" guy said the hotel was too busy and there was nothing he could do. I had to go to the lobby to connect. Housekeeping never changed the bag in the ice bucket and they never replaced the glassware or the coffee pods. The pool was also very disappointing. Service was good and the location was perfect.
