I will never go back
The staff was absolutely horrible! Especially the girl who checked me out. She hung up in my face when I asked her to give me a breakdown of the charges then when I would call back she would pick the phone up and hang it up. Worse Hilton hotel experience I have ever had!

It’s just okay.
This hotel is beautiful when you pull up and see the fountains and flowers but that’s about it. Apparently there will be a multimillion dollar renovation happening soon, which is exactly what it needs. We stayed in 1307 in North Pointe. The lobby is huge but it would have been nice if it had seating similar to the main lobby. A couple tables for central group gathering, we utilized a few outside to play cards but it was a little chilly. We kept going over to the main lobby to visit because it is set up better. The room needs new carpet, there is years of paint buildup from years of maintenance. The bed was comfy, the shower had the best water pressure I’ve ever experienced so that was a plus. It’s low season so I felt it was a little expensive for the quality and time of year.

Do not stay here!
This hotel needs a huge renovation! The rooms are run down and need desperate deep cleaning. There are many much better choices in town. Until they renovate, not worth staying there. Really dissapointing!

Motel 6 at Hilton Prices
One huge item is that the staff is great-- fast and polite and pleasant. BUT, the property is worn, there is no information in the rooms regarding a map of the resort facilities, and no one seemed to know how to reserve the mini golf (or where it was). It sprawls among several buildings so you could walk forever to find anything. The hotel website doesn't help either. It doesn't have a resort map or list of amenities and how to find them.

Beautiful Property!
Beautiful and immaculate! Our suite was great. My son and I brought our 2 dogs and we were all so comfortable. We had an amazing breakfast at The Hole In The Wall on property. Food and service were excellent!
