Prime Beach Location!
This hotel sits on a popular part of the beach and has direct access. The rooms are spacious, clean and well appointed. Bay facing rooms do not have a balcony but offer nice views. Breakfast can be included with your stay and it’s very delicious, as you may have cooked to order eggs/ omelette’s and a variety of other favorites. The hotel has many dining options, including poolside (during peak months) and room prices are comparable to nearby lodging. This hotel visit was one of many and we will definitely return.

Rooms need updating
I love Hilton properties but this hotel was it up to standard. With high winds whistle sound was coming through the AC, the door lock wouldn’t even lock it looked like someone tried to bash in the door before. Staff was not accommodating at all as we made complaints for the insane noise and door lock. Would not recommend staying at this location

Disappointing Stay – Frequent Hilton Guest
As a Hilton-loyal Diamond status traveler who visits Pensacola regularly for work, I was disappointed with my recent stay at this property. During my visit on March 1–3, I reported several maintenance issues including cold shower water, a burned-out desk lamp bulb, and intermittent lighting in the shower stall. These concerns were reported both in person at the front desk and via the hotel text service during my stay. Unfortunately, the hot water issue persisted the following morning. There was only enough warm water to briefly wash my hair before it turned completely cold again. A front desk manager contacted me and assured me Hilton Honors points would be issued as service recovery for the inconvenience. However, more than a week later no points have been issued, and follow-up communication indicated it could take up to 30 days. While the staff were polite, the maintenance issues and lack of follow-through on the promised service recovery were disappointing, especially for a property under the Hilton brand. As someone who stays with Hilton frequently and travels to Pensacola every other month for work, consistency and follow-through matter when choosing where to stay. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I will likely be selecting another Hilton property for future visits to the area.

Beautiful views and perfect location, service not so much
The property itself has a great view of Pensacola beach and great beach access— also great pool area but it really ends there. Check in experience was rough, arrived 6:15pm and room was not ready to my surprise, I also checked in a day in advance selected a nice room on the 12th floor— arrived to find I had been moved from the room without notice or communication- per front desk no room is guaranteed, fine another poor experience but at least replace it with a room near the same floor, which was done after multiple escalations to a front desk manager. Also big safety negative here- they have no working phones in the room, so you can’t call out in an emergency or front desk or valet or housekeeping— you can only text the front desk, which is slow to respond or call the main number— excuse given was that they are upgrading their phone service and won’t be available during your stay. Another negative was the lack of responsive housekeeping, getting a room refresh or trash empty is like pulling teeth— housekeeper knocked once at my door, took maybe 30 seconds to answer the door and she was gone- vanished, of course front desk was quick to blame us asking if we had a do not disturb sign on the door. This property lacks the hospitality and responsiveness that you would think should come with a flagship Hilton property. Guys at the pool bar are very cool and great pool layout. For what they charge and the lack of basics like, having enough towels and swapping your selected room the Pensacola beach Hilton needs work on the service side of the house.
