Outstanding hotel in a great location.
This is a beautiful full service hotel. It is very comfortable and the rooms are nice and quiet. The breakfast buffet was wonderful. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The dinner menu was limited but the food was outstanding. The metro is very close and there are plenty of taxicabs available. The mall is very close for shopping and take out food.

Great stay! I will go back!
We had a great stay at this Hilton Hotel in the business center of Paris. The Hotel looks like been recently updated. The staff at the reception been extremely kind and helpful. The breakfast is very good, with a lot of choice and quality fresh product. I will definitely recommend.

Competent business hotel - a few issues
Spent one night at the Hilton on a business trip. This is a fairly conventional Hilton in an unusually designed building, the most striking feature of which is the doughnut-shaped foyer. Check-in was smooth and quick and the receptionist was courteous. The bedroom was very spacious and pleasantly furnished, with a comfortable king-size bed. Sleep quality was good. The bathroom was quite impressive. It appeared to have been fairly recently refurbished in contrasting black and white marble. There was no bathtub, but there was a large soaker shower. The washbasin appeared to be made of a composite substance which had, unfortunately, started yellowing. There were no individual toiletries; instead, there were squeezy containers, which were far less appealing. Housekeeping standards were good, and the room was very clean. One major niggle, however, was the electric wiring. Some of the USB sockets had come away from the wall, as had the room thermostat. This was frankly unacceptable, though the outlets did work. Not a hugely memorable experience, but reasonably satisfactory and would stay there again if in the area.

Nasty bathroom with repeated requests to clean
We stayed at the Hilton in La Defense Paris for 3 nights celebrating our 32nd anniversary. I loved the area mainly for the Westfield mall and ease of train station, which was a 3 minute walk underground. The hotel really let me down because I had to wait over 24 hours for house keeping to clean my bathroom floor. We were so excited upon checking in and I did not do my normal checking the room for it's cleanliness. We checked in at 1030am and was charged 60euro. We immediately went out to eat and walk around the mall. We came back to the room at about 4 and I noticed pubic hair and other hair all over the bathroom floor. As we headed out I let the front desk know and requested to have bathroom cleaned. We thought being gone 3 hours gave then ample time to clean it they did not clean. I went back to desk at 830pm to ask yet again. I was told they would send someone up, which they did not. The next morning on our way out I explained that I had a nasty bathroom and was told twice housekeeping would clean but they had not. I took pictures and showed the hair on bathroom floor and in shower. Usually Hilton would offer money back or additional points for my trouble but this place did not. I had to go to desk when we return that evening because they still had not cleaned my bathroom properly. This was a big disappointment and not comon for Hilton properties which I always stay at.

Away from Eiffel Tower but you can do a lot in this art of Paris.
Hotel is in Westfield Shopping Centre. Nice Bar and Restaurant. Good breakfast experience. New Part of Paris with lots of new high rise buildings, shops, restaurants, cinemas and gaming centre. Train stations are nearby. You can go any part of Paris. Would stay here again and again.
