    Excellent. Clean. Friendly.

    Customer service and all interactions with staff was pleasant and friendly. Pool was great. Staff at the poolside grill was really attentive and helpful. I beiliev her name is Diane. She the manager of the grill. She was awesome. Gaylon was great for the entire 3 days we were at the poolside grill we also had Esteban and Bianca. They were all very attentive to our needs and friendly. I would highly recommend requesting them when you visit.

    I attended the cheerleading competition this past weekend and the venue and service were absolutely phenomenal! I want to give a specific shout out to Chef Graham for the fantastic food provided to the coaches and the service from all members. Terrance from banquet service was a pure joy!! He was so welcoming and friendly and took care of anything that the coaches needed! His presence was a calm breath of air in the chaos of an Allstar cheerleading competition! Thank you Terrance!

    Attentive Customer Service

    This is one of the greatest hotels to stay. The pool/lazy river was so fun. As a Diamond member I feel I was very well taken care of. The service was A1! I’m definitely going to be coming back soon.
