    Fun bar and restaurant!

    Excellent service and atmosphere at the restaurant/bar! The whole team is great - Terry, Bronson, Jackie, and Caroline. Special shout out to the bar manager, Bryan. He went above and beyond to make sure our whole group was well taken care of. Super attentive and helped make a super fun atmosphere!

    Hotel employee go above and beyond to help

    Nothing is worse than as you try to check in late at night, only to find out there is a mistake in your reservation and the rooms are all booked. But Jean and Caroline at the front desk went out of their way to help find another hotel and took care of you really well, the waitress Caroline at the Hilton caffe provided wonderful service and made my short stay a friendly and warm experience. Hilton holds great standards and they go above and beyond to help their guests. I highly appreciate and recommend this hotel for their amazing services

    Great Service

    I am an Airline Pilot that has been staying at the Hilton Lake Buena Vista Disney Springs Hotel for the past two years. I always look forward to having dinner at the bar and meeting Jackie after a long day. The service I get from her at this restaurant and Bar is outstanding. She brightens my day every single time. Of all the large cities in the US that I stay at, this one stands out mainly because of the friends I’ve met at this restaurant.
