Danger: stay away from this dump!
Dirt/leaves/trash in the pool. Rooms lacked basic necessities, toilets wouldn't flush, very little shower pressure. Staff were clueless at best, and malicious at worst; I'm still fighting a fraudulent credit card charge made at the front desk. I'll drop dead before ever coming back here.
4 nights at Signia
The staff greeting upon arrival at 2:30 a.m. was kind and efficient. Check in was easy. We were in our lovely room in short order. Every detail was in order and the installation of electrical and usb plugs was great. No reaching and moving furniture to find a plug in for devices. Food, environment, business center and amenities were great. Highly recommend. Thank you for the great staff.
Amazing stay at Signia by Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek
Spent the week at Signia by Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek and had a great time. From the moment I checked in, the staff was welcoming and kind. The property is newly renovated and the decor is amazing. There is a lazy river pool to kick back and relax in, multiple restaurants and a cafe that had great options to switch it up every night. Highly recommend to come for work or even fun!
My husband and I visited Orlando as part of our honeymoon trip this month. We stopped over for three nights at the Hilton. On the first night, we checked in, left our luggage at reception and headed out for a full day returning back to the hotel past 10pm. At first glance once getting to our room, all seemed well until we got into bed and found a used, pink ladies gym shorts inside the sheets of our bed. This raised questions about the levels of house keeping and standards of the hotel. We went down to reception and they instantly changed our room, which was still a hassle as we needed to repack four luggages and move room at 11pm. No help was offered by staff with moving. This review is being posted after having sent an email to management over a week ago which has to date remained unanswered. We find this to be extremely unprofessional and a misrepresentation of the Hilton brand. There are plenty of hotels to chose from, I would not recommend paying so much money for such a standard of housekeeping and management.
Stay away from lies of Management thanks for Ruining a trip for my son have done 14 yearsrs
After over 14 years of going to this hotel the last two times Ive been there the experience was horrible. If you look at my revies on trip advisor I have always written positive reviews but Im sad to say since the old Hotel Manager aprox 18 months ago this hotel has gone to a level of a 2 star hotel with one star service from management. First the lies that were told by management and staff were horrible, pool completion was suppose to be done by the 22-23 of December we were ther till the 28th and pool temperature never got above 63 . We were lied to by management at Hilton however there sister hotel called out all there lies, and even admitted the hotel has gone down hill since GM Glen has left the facility. So it never opened at temperature of the last 14 years and resort was filthy. Every where you went on property was dirty all around pool, around inside the bathrooms and the gym nothing worked issue with so many machines. I was always proud of the hotel and the 100's guest I sent there. I was told there would be resort credits on my bill and NOTHING was done , I asked the current General Manager to contact me he still has not to date... not a surprise! I would honestly not come back to this hotel and it truly makes me sad my son has grown up here. This pool was always a point of love for him and he was so disappointed which Ive never seen out of him in my life, and for that Hilton I Dont know if we will ever stay at another Hilton. If you look at my feedback history on Trip advisor Ive never made a post like this but CUSTOMER SERVICE is GONE, Management is accepting of lower standards and we the public are paying for it. I would tell you to really consider another hotel in orlando, Memories we make with our kids are important and this was horrible experience but a teaching momment for my son..... I will say this the same lady was working the sweet shop as she has for all 14 years, and with a horrible stay there was one shinning moment when she recognized us she is Chances favorite since a baby she has taken care of us, so thank god Ms. Kim was there and tried to cheer him up, something new management didnt care about the experience but she did.... Amazing Gm and managers didnt care 1 bit but an employee took more time and consideration, then people who make 10x what she does....Sad Also thank you to the workers from sister hotel to tell the truth about lies of management again workers were like they can fire us but they are lying to you and your family... Sad but true.
