    Great stay!

    Great property, conveniently located near the convention center. Typical Hilton room, nicely appointed, well kept, quiet and comfortable. Food and beverage service very good. Great staff members in all aspects.

    Marlin is the best!

    Marlin provided an outstanding experience and truly went above and beyond for us. After joining the Hilton Club, we weren’t entirely sure what to expect, but Marlin made everything clear, simple, and enjoyable. She gave us a really good price for our next trip and took the time to walk us through all the details so we felt confident and excited about our upcoming vacation. Her professionalism, patience, and genuine willingness to help made the entire process smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to meet someone who is both knowledgeable and personable, but Marlin definitely stands out. We left feeling extremely satisfied with our decision and grateful for her assistance. If you have the chance to work with Marlin, you’re in excellent hands!

    Amazing customer experience!!

    Simply the best customer experience I have ever had upon entering a hotel. I was here for just a meeting (didn't stay), but was greeted by hotel manager Richard when I entered. He not only helped me find my meeting room, but also took care of a totally unrelated problem I had regarding something I had forgotten to pack. Was completely above and beyond, and the best service I have ever received. Aside from that the lobby area and facilities were lovely. As mentioned, I didn't actually stay at this hotel, I was just there for a meeting. But if I am ever back in Orlando, this is where I will stay.

    Traboocoo dinner fabulous due to great service by Jackie. She made the dinner excellent with great service and knowledge about Gluten free options. She was a wonderful service provider I would highly recommend asking for her!

    The hotel is beautiful ! Room clean spacious and staff extremely accommodating. They have invested n a huge renovation and it is a place I would come back and stay with family!
