Whoever was working the front desk on 12/1/25, 2:15 CST was really condescending when speaking with me on the phone. I asked about a charge on my personal card for one night's stay on a trip I booked with my business card. I wanted help understanding the statement they emailed me so I can explain the situation to my work if I need to request reimbursement through my job. The front desk staff kept cutting me off, laughing at me, and speaking slowly in an exaggerated way each time I tried to ask a question. This is really disappointing from a brand that I used to associate with having professional standards.

Wonderful stay. Amazing staff. Delicious good. Centrally located. I loved that my room was serviced each day. If I could make just a few minor suggestions it would be to make the bathrooms larger. The door was right in front of the toliet and please put in more ice machines the nearest one was far from my room.

Loved...just one issue
Melissa at the front desk was wonderful. Housekeeping was great. Alarm went off and said to evacuate and use the stairs. Guest services on the phone was not helpful. She didn't even know a fire alarm was going off. Made it seem as if I was the crazy one with no knowledge of what was going on. Did not mention the floors being renovated. Walked down 15 floors for nothing.

Everyone should experience this hotel
The hotel stay was amazing. Greta location, staff, and definitely enjoyed the valet parking. Definitely will be coming!

Great location and great stay!
We stayed a couple nights here for the beginning of our NOLA trip, it was a great location right on the riverwalk, near the outlets and walking distance to the French Quarter and other popular spots like Magazine St & WWII Museum. No complaints!
