This hotel is GORGEOUS and huge!!!! It has everything you need in it. Beautiful rooms, coffee, food, trinkets, last minute items, and AMAZING customer service. My bed slept really well (After I got additional pillows. I’m a pillow girl). The rooms are just as they are online. It was CLEAN!!!!! I did have to send two pillow cases back because they were dirty or had stains on them, but it was taken care of swiftly. The only other reason it k my got 4 ✨ is because the shower was like warm at best. After a long day of working, I wanted to come in and take a HOT shower. Well, I couldn’t in the evenings, morning or afternoons. No matter what time I showered, I wasn’t going to get it hot…just warm. Other than that, my stay was amazing!

I just want to say that Jean Ordinier was very patient and helpful to us and I really appreciate it he is a good asset to Hilton riverside in New Orleans tomb up to Jean

Le Croissant Restaurant
Le Croissant breakfast restaurant is the best thing about this hotel. Khira our breakfast server was amazing she is so welcoming and caring making our anniversary the best together!!! Definitely will be back at this hotel only because of her!!!!

Will stay here every time
Clean fresh comfortable room, delicious food at Spirits & Drago's, views of the city & the Mississippi River are gorgeous, very impressive health club, new coffee bar in the lobby has an incredible selection of foods and drinks, staff is friendly and helpful. You can walk to almost everything & the cable train picks up at the hotel! The upscale outlets are literally downstairs/escalator in the hotel takes you down.
