Great service! Clean room, staff were super friendly, and they have a great breakfast buffet, with omelettes to order.

Anniversary getaway!
Tiffnie our check in person was the sweetest young lady. The bell person who bought our luggage was extremely kind as well. The ONLY unpleasant experience was with the bartender on 1st floor. Short blonde hair was not very friendly and did not acknowledge us for about 5 minutes, but when two woman who were the same race as her sat, she IMMEDIATELY greeted them with a smile and gave them menus, while we did not get the same treatment. That was hurtful and disappointing. Hopefully she will be made aaare of this and do better in the future. She was the ONLY sore spot in our visit.

This hotel is in a great location close to the French quarter and to the cruise terminal. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, although housekeeping is only every other day unless you request it more frequently. Doy at the Hilton vacations desk was great. I normally don’t buy these things, but he talked me into and got me a great deal on a vacation cruise package. Overall the stay was great and I’ll be back!

Bad Experience Turned Out Great
I was extremely disappointed when I arrived to check in that the Santa Suite was not available even though I booked 2 weeks prior to my arrival. However, its associates like Terrance who made all the difference! He made sure I was accommodated very well and his attitude was very professional and kind. My short stay was Amazing because of the A+ customer service from Terrance!!

Great trip to New Orleans! Cheers to the holiday holiday season
Our room was handicap which we did not request and did not overlook the river so that was disappointing. We did overlook the roof. Hilton honors disappointed us. The highlight of the trip was meeting Hana T at the Hilton‘s honor desk in the lobby. She also had a coworker that was amazing a nice young man but I cannot remember his name. They were the best to help us with everything every day. The city is beautiful & the lights are beautiful especially for the holiday season. Happy holidays and thank you
