  Superb hotel in Venice

  Amazing hotel located in Giudecca. This hotel is a surprise in Venice. A wonderful historic building restored to be a magnificent 5* hotel. Acqua transport from the airport directly to the door of the hotel. Good restaurants, Spa, courtesy boat to Piazza San Marco all day, well trained and amazingly kind staff. It's really an special place to stay in style and comfort.

  The Best Hotel in Venice

  This is a wonderful hotel with very friendly staff. It is located in a beautiful place outside the city bustle, but it has its own pier where a vaporetto stops every 20 minutes and takes you to St. Mark's Square. The ride takes 10 minutes. Everything is perfectly organized. We had an executive room so with breakfast included we had an afternoon snack (in the executive lounge) in the price, which was great for us and you can consider it as one meal. The cleanliness and tidiness of the hotel is a ten!!!! We are world travelers, as you can see from my profile, but this is the best hotel in Venice. The breakfast is plentiful, like in all Hiltons, the only complaint would be the coffee which is really bad (during breakfast). Watch out for the wellness because it is paid extra!

  The only place I would consider to stay at while in Venice

  I stayed at the Stucky with my adult son from the end of November through the first week of December 2025. This was my 4th stay at this facility. The Stucky is one of my favorite hotels from all of the hotels that I have stayed at worldwide. The location is perfect for Venice. The property is located on a largely residential island across the water from the noise and hubbub of the rest of Venice. The hotel offers a very reasonably priced and convenient shuttle to St Mark's Square and Zattere. Additionally, there is a vaporetto stop conveniently nearby. There is also a shuttle to the airport and train station. The shuttle may be difficult to find when you are leaving the train station, but very convenient for the return. The rooms are all lovely. Some have an amazing view of Zattere. The rooms that I have stayed at have all been well equipped with comfortable mattresses and showers with excellent water pressure. The property is clean and well maintained. The executive lounge is conveniently situated. It is small, but one of the hotel dining facilities is in front to accomodate any guest overflow. The food / snack selection in the lounge is limited but there has always been something tasty to munch on. The hotel has an excellent buffet breakfast with many choices. Staff at the Stucky has been consistently wonderful, extremely helpful and one of the outstanding features of this property. I greatly appreciated the assistance I was provided by Veronica at the front desk in arranging a room request that I made. Other members of the staff from the front desk to the housekeeping department have also gone above and beyond to help when different minor issues arose during past stays. In summary, I would enthusiastically recommend this property as an outstanding place to stay while in Venice and would definitely not book anywhere else if traveling there. I hope to return to Venice later this year and am already looking forward to returning to the Stucky with great anticipation.

  Would love to stay again

  Check in and check out were quick and stress free .When we checked out we were asked if we used the Hilton boat while we were staying we said yes and were charged to 30 Euro But that was because we used it Yes there were sometimes problems with too many people waiting to get on the boat and no extra boat put on .we were ok as we brought a 72 hour travel pass and the 4.1 4.2 & 2 boat 5 minutes from the hotel and we used them everyday with ease .We were upgraded as Hilton Gold member to a beautiful room with a great view of the water and venice ..we left the curtains open to see the view.Breakfast was excellent with everything you could want and the candy station for kids and adults was such fun .The hot and cold station were very good and the staff were all smiling and helpful .The hotel was spotless and clean and our room was cleaned well evefyday .I fully recommend The Stucky hotel .and would love to stay again

  4.5 Star family experience

  We recently stayed at the Hilton Molino Stucky Venice to celebrate my 50th birthday, and overall it was a very memorable experience. On arrival, we were delighted with a lovely room upgrade and a surprise party set up in our room, which truly made the celebration feel very special. I’m extremely grateful to the team for such a thoughtful and generous gesture. The stay itself was very enjoyable; however, there were a couple of issues that I feel are worth mentioning. At checkout, we noticed some charges on our bill that should not have applied, including items that had already been paid for and charges for facilities we did not use. These were raised at the time, and I was advised they would be refunded to my credit card. Unfortunately, a few days after departure, the refund had not yet appeared. In addition, the hotel kindly arranged a complimentary trip to Murano to see the glass blowing, which we were really looking forward to. During the visit, I purchased a Murano glass bracelet and was asked to pay in cash without being offered a receipt. Sadly, that evening while dining in the Hilton restaurant, the bracelet proved to be faulty and came apart, causing the glass beads to roll across the floor and break. It was very disappointing, especially as this was meant to be a special keepsake from the experience. As no receipt had been provided, I was unable to return or exchange it and had to purchase another bracelet elsewhere so the beads could still be worn. This left us disappointed with the Murano experience, and I was surprised that the Hilton would align itself with products of such poor quality. The spa area was lovely, though I found it a bit disappointing that after paying for treatments, there was an additional €40 per person charge to use the Jacuzzi. We were there over Christmas Day and the week following, and both breakfast and dinner were excellent. Overall, while the staff were warm and welcoming and made a genuine effort to make my birthday special, these issues did detract somewhat from the stay. Considering the overall experience, we as a family would rate our stay as a 4.5-star experience.
