Jan 23, 2025Beautiful Hotel with a Stunning Location, But Be Cautious Around the Pool
We had a wonderful stay at the Hilton Molino Stucky, and overall, it’s a fantastic hotel. The property is absolutely stunning—classic Venetian charm combined with modern luxury. The location is great if you're looking for a more peaceful stay away from the hustle and bustle of central Venice. It’s a bit further from the main attractions, but the ferry across the canal to San Marco is a short and scenic ride, making it an easy way to access the heart of Venice. However, there is one major area of concern: the pool area. The floor around the pool is incredibly slippery. During our stay, my son slipped and hit his head very hard, which was scary. We also witnessed several other guests—about 5 or 6 people—slip and fall as well. When we notified the staff, they seemed empathetic but shared that they had experienced similar slips themselves, showing us their own cuts and bruises from previous falls. It’s clear that the slippery floors are a known issue, and while the staff were understanding, it’s something that definitely needs attention to avoid serious injury. Aside from that, the rest of our experience at the hotel was wonderful. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, the views of Venice from the hotel were breathtaking, and the service was top-notch. But, if you plan to use the pool area, please be extra cautious and watch your step.

Absolutely wonderful
We stayed for a week at this magnificent hotel and couldn’t have been looked after better. Wonderful staff (especially Aneta who was very helpful) Extremely comfortable bed and plentiful breakfast. We would not hesitate to return. You will not find a better view anywhere! Thank you for a spectacular stay 😍

Amazing hotel with great service.
This is a wonderful hotel, one of a kind, Liliana in the front desk made us feel so welcome and she took care of all our needs. We had two rooms and both were so beautiful and with amazing water views. Breakfast was perfect to start a day. We will come back.

We (two adults and a child, 5y.) really wanted to book a stay at that hotel for our visit in Venice planned for March 2025. We asked whether it would be poosible to make a reservation in a double room for us three, which was not the case. Instead, we have been told to book a Junior Suite for twice the price. We would have expected more responsiveness to the needs of the guests in a hotel of this standard.

Venice is lived by feeling...the staff was always friendly...the cleanliness of the rooms. The flowers in the corridor on the way to the breakfast room give a positive atmosphere...I had moments that will always be remembered Thank you for everything right
