Horrible shuttle ride
Full disclosure did not stay at this hotel. Accidentally got on the wrong shuttle as we were staying at a different Hilton owned hotel right down the road. After we realized the mistake I spoke with the shuttle driver. He began to berate me right there in front of the hotel with other guests standing around. I simply asked what I should do knowing I had made a mistake and the driver went unhinged. He then started yelling at another coworker saying “another one to the wrong hotel” extremely unprofessional. Our luggage was then taken off the shuttle and we were left right there as the driver angrily drove off. I went inside and spoke to the concierge to let them know what happened and was told it would just be a 10 min walk, At 10:30pm, with multiple pieces of large luggage and a child. This was a very bad look for a Hilton brand hotel.

Find another hotel!
Needed a last minute hotel by the airport Should have read the reviews. Booked as we were too tired to find something else. Didn’t accept AAA after booking. Hotel old and rundown. Ice bucket had plastic liner that was full of water Toilet hadn’t been flushed Shower tub backed up with water. Parking $30 a night and you had to get a ticket from the front desk for in and out’s from the parking lot so you’re not charged an additional hourly fee on top of the $30 a night! We travel a ton and this was by far the worst hotel we have stayed at. Thank goodness it was only one night. Will never stay at another Hilton.

Hilton Miami Airport Blue Lagoon Overcharging Credit Card
I stayed at Hilton Miami Airport Hotel a few days ago during Memorial weekend. Yesterday, I found additional pending charges on my credit card for almost $1,000. These were not holds and were not authorized by me. The front desk could not explain why it happened, but said the additional charges would be removed because I asked. First of all why was I billed so much? I expect an explanation. Also, I emailed the managers and they have not replied to my email. I called back one of the managers who left a voicemail, but now I can’t get through to the manager because the Operator is ignoring all of my calls now. I just tried calling their finance office now and they put me on hold for an extended amount of time after I asked my why they charged me more money for my stay. This hotel is unprofessional, their behavior is unacceptable, and they refuse to acknowledge mistakes they’ve made. It’s frustrating I can’t even get any help with this issue.

Nice hotel, great pool, easy access to the airport
Easy access to the airport, the Saloon restaurant and bar next to the pool is very good! We were happy with the junior suite and really liked the food at the Saloon Bar. The Blue Lagoon Breeze Cocktail was good, as was the Blue Lagoon Burger. We will stay here again!

Pre cruise stay
My wife and I stayed in the hotel as part of a pre cruise package with Celebrity.On arrival in reception the carpeted area was old and dirty, not what we expected. On entering our room we discovered the bathroom room to be filthy . Numerous hairs in the bath, shelves and behind the toilet. There was also a deposit on the toilet seat . We informed reception and the young man was apologetic and we received a voucher for the restaurant in the hotel where the food was mediocre. Would not stay again and very disappointed with Celebrity cruise line for putting us in this hotel.
