    Pool is nice but room is not very clean.

    This is to give review our family vacation 8 days during Christmas holiday at this resort. There are a few things that we liked about the hotel- the pool, jacuzzi, and location right by the beach. Pool is nice and warm but a lot of patrons eating food, fries, ice cream, etc. while in the pool which is not that clean. The daily room cleaning service is not always provided unless requested (and sometimes not even then). We stayed 7 nights and 8 days. 4 nights were not provided. The regular check out time is 11am and the late check out to 12 o’clock is $50. Overall is fair but considering we are paying a premium price for the holidays, the service can be a little better.

    Great beach front Hotel.

    Excellent location very nice hotel. Workers were very attentive and the food was excellent. We had A small problem with the refrigerator in our room but it was promptly taken care of. I would have given 5 stars if it wasn’t for the fact there was no microwave in the room. A big shout out to whoever makes the coffee because it was the best i ever tasted in any hotel ever. In both the restaurant and the lobby.

    Hotel is amazing Staff is awesome! Special recognition to the following staff members Eddie the bellman and Miguel. Oskana the server who served us breakfest and lunch and last but not least Eurando from the omelete station. This team made my birthday visit special. Thanks again We will be back!

    Fantastic Property and Fantastic People

    We had the greatest experience here, for 3 nights. From the minute we stepped out of the car we were treated like royalty. While I checked in, the Bellman walked my daughter and wife around the lobby and showed them the pool and the restaurant. The FREE coffee was a rare and welcomed touch every morning, in the lobby. The guys on the beach that helped with chairs were friendly and engaging. Our room was spotless and each day was returned to that “just check-in” feeling. It was our fist time in Marco Island and I can’t imagine staying any where else! Restaurants, Ice Cream and Alvin’s across the street and a 7-11 too!? The experience exceeded our expectations!

    Know that they are making renovations that are very loud. Only happening during the day. Make sure renovations are completed before booking!
