Christmas Getaway to Marco Island
This was our second time staying at the Hilton Marco Island and we’re already wanting to come back! We had another excellent stay. A few team members who made our stay top notch: Eddie, the bellman was so helpful with loading/unloading our luggage and offering us tips about the island. Steve offered phenomenal service at the pool and had our drinks to us in record time. Cheryl at the bar, did such a good job towards the end of the trip, she knew my drink order without me having to say anything. Finally, the housekeeping staff, did a fantastic job cleaning our room each day. My only quibble about our stay was the constant Christmas music at the pool. I get it that it’s the holidays, but it was the same songs over and over again. It was still going on even after Christmas. Can you sprinkle in some non-Christmas music once in a while? All in all it was another fantastic trip to the Hilton Marco Island and we can’t wait to book again.

Worst beds ever
I stayed here over Christmas and was shocked given how expensive this hotel is that it was the worst bed I have ever experienced in a hotel. I felt like I was sleeping on my parents old 30 year old mattress that's squeaked. There was also no hot water in the shower, which they eventually fixed. I love watching the sunset on the ocean and was shocked when they kicked us off our loungers to clean up the beach before the sun went down. I asked why we couldn't stay on the loungers and the guy told me he needed to get home to dinner so we had to stand. This hotel was very expensive and all of these issues did not reflect hotel with a luxury price.

Pool is nice but room is not very clean.
This is to give review our family vacation 8 days during Christmas holiday at this resort. There are a few things that we liked about the hotel- the pool, jacuzzi, and location right by the beach. Pool is nice and warm but a lot of patrons eating food, fries, ice cream, etc. while in the pool which is not that clean. The daily room cleaning service is not always provided unless requested (and sometimes not even then). We stayed 7 nights and 8 days. 4 nights were not provided. The regular check out time is 11am and the late check out to 12 o’clock is $50. Overall is fair but considering we are paying a premium price for the holidays, the service can be a little better.

Great beach front Hotel.
Excellent location very nice hotel. Workers were very attentive and the food was excellent. We had A small problem with the refrigerator in our room but it was promptly taken care of. I would have given 5 stars if it wasn’t for the fact there was no microwave in the room. A big shout out to whoever makes the coffee because it was the best i ever tasted in any hotel ever. In both the restaurant and the lobby.
