Know that they are making renovations that are very loud. Only happening during the day. Make sure renovations are completed before booking!

Our stay at the Marco Island Hilton was absolutely wonderful, thanks to the truly customer-focused team. From the moment we arrived, Ros at the entrance noticed we were driving a Tesla and immediately informed us about the charging station- such thoughtful attention that set the tone for our visit. Check in was smooth and we were especially grateful for the kindness and professionalism of the director of sales Gil Katzman. Robin & McDonald at the restaurant made every scrumptious meal more enjoyable with their attentive service and Maria from housekeeping ensured our room was comfortable and all our requests met. The general manager James Garcia was very visible and greeted each guest he came in contact with. The hotel itself is beautiful, perfectly situated on a stunning beach. The surroundings were peaceful and the entire atmosphere made for an incredibly relaxing getaway. It was a short vacation but truly sweet, and thanks to the wonderful staff, we can’t wait to return

Booked the Hilton, as gold members, we tend to stay with the brand, but this experience has me questioning the chain. Photos look fabulous, and I wanted an upscale hotel for the Thanksgiving week that our family would be comfortable in. First impressions of the lobby, I was sadly disappointed as it did not live up to the photos on the website, and seemed very dated and “worn”. They are doing renovations so hopefully it gets updated soon. The staff were friendly and accommodating, no complaints. The room, though dated, was clean and we had a nice balcony with ocean view. Personally, I probably won’t stay here again unless the room rates were better priced. I felt we overpaid for the level of accommodations.

Nov 05, 2025Ruined visit by LOUD construction that nobody was told about in advance
We have stayed here multiple times and always enjoyed our stays. When we arrived for this trip we were blindsided by construction. Very loud, all day. Essentially makes the pool area uninhabitable. So loud in the room you can forget relaxing, watching tv etc. We were never informed in advance, even at the time of this review the hotels website had no mention of this which is irresponsible on their part. My advice is to go elsewhere and if you have an upcoming reservation cancel it. Hilton- an email? Notation/warning on our reservation? Notice on your website about this? No! Just arrive to a ruined vacation with posters saying “ sorry for the inconvenience” Unsat sorry situation.

Highly recommend
Great location and atmosphere. Easy beach access. Pool is great. Rooms are clean. Breakfast food could use improvement but that was the only complaint from our party.
