The service at the Hilton was as good as I have seen anywhere. I can’t stop talking about how every staff member was just so eager to help. The pool service and staff is excellent. Fitness center staff is excellent. Equipment is great. Workout overlooking the ocean. The food on site is terrific. Resort is spotless. Highly recommend.

Don’t miss this resort!
An amazing property with an incredible staff and excellent food. Everything was perfect, we will be back. I have never had such impeccable service from the staff at Hilton Los Cabos, I think I have stayed in a few properties in a few continents.

Best breakfast experience, staff attentiveness and beautiful resort!
This resort is just gorgeous in every aspect! The rooms are huge, clean and beautifully decorated. We feel so well taken of during our entire stay and the views are so beautiful all over the resort. They have the perfect beach cove for swimming in the ocean, one of the only beaches in the area safe for swimming. The coconut margaritas are a must brought by the friendly pool staff. The chips/salsa, burger or tuna poke were our go to items on the poolside lunch menu. They seem short staffed and are working so hard, so order about an hour before you want to eat lunch. It could be that we were just there at a busy time of year. I wish I could remember all of their names because I want to give the entire pool/bar staff a shout out. They work to make everyone’s experience memorable. I feel like I’m saving the best for last when I talk about the breakfast buffet. It is absolutely our highlight every morning to start with that incredible selection of fresh food (after hitting the recently renovated gym first). The staff at breakfast is so amazing and very thoughtful. By our third the day, they knew the exact spot where we liked to sit each morning. Ricardo and Luis also knew my boyfriends cappuccino order and had it waiting for us after we got seated each morning. Great customer experience here! We love this resort so much, we came back twice in 6 months! I highly recommend it!

Great experience
Beautiful! Staff was very friendly, helpful. Very clean and rooms are kept very clean. Victor and Joe were both great wait staff at Talevera. Breakfast variety is amazing. Mango margaritas are terrific.

Best Vacation Ever - Stay Here
I cannot say enough amazing comments about this resort and their team. Every single person we spoke with was kind, professional, and genuine! Front Desk, from arrival to departure, couldn't have been lovelier to work with and we even received welcome beverages! Our bellman, Elias G., was so efficient and added such a personal touch to everything we asked. He remembered our party's name and greeted us every time we passed in the hallway. Housekeeping was beyond amazing; wish I could give them 10 stars on their own. The attention to detail blows me away. It felt like I was entering a brand-new room every day. We booked (3) cabanas for 2 days for our large group. Jorge, Brayan, & Carlos C. were on top of everything. Carlos even brought us balloons to celebrate (3) birthdays we had. I wish I could remember everyone's name who helped during our cabana time. I highly recommend the Cliffside Cabana's! All of the restaurant/outlet team members were always smiling, happy to help, and ready to assist. Requests were always accommodated (within reason). Vela is a must try! I asked a server earlier in the day to be seated in a specific area of Vela, only if available, and as soon as we arrived it was set exactly as requested. Lena swim-up bar is definitely an experience you can't get everywhere, and their food is *chef's kiss* amazing. Thank goodness for Dulce (coffee shop)...their service is impeccable, and the food/beverage is a morning must have. The spa...wow...one of the best massages I have ever had. Myself and 3 gals from my group went into a massage on the morning of one of our stays. They have little juice shots pre-massage, the best smelling lotions/oils for your liking, and some tea/water and a lounge area for another moment before leaving. I could go on, definitely an experience to try while on property. Lastly, I was connected with Vita from the events team. The most wonderful person at a hotel I have ever had the pleasure of emailing/working with. Although I didn't have a formal event, she was so helpful with all my questions. I can't thank her enough for making us feel so welcome and at home. All team members were a pleasure to be around, and I definitely miss the hospitality already. :) Thank you so much to the Hilton Family at the Los Cabos Beach & Golf Resort!
