We ate at the Sotol restaurant 3 times with my daughter. She has the kids meal and a lemonade. There are no prices on the menu so I trusted Hilton to do the right thing. I was wrong. When the bill came the kids meal was $12 no problem and each lemonade was $12 (BIG PROBLEM). When the drink is the same price as a meal you should probably let the family know when they are ordering. I would expect this trick in downtown Cabo but not at the Hilton. Well I learned my lesson and paid $36 for 3 lemonades. I did mention it to the manager and they stood by the price. So hopefully this cautions any family from ordering kids lemonades.

Family of 9, three rooms. We stayed in ocean front and garden rooms. Rooms were very nice and well-cared for. The staff at this hotel elevates the experience beyond belief. They seem to really love their jobs. They couldn’t have been kinder and really go out of their way to engage with you. Breakfast buffet was excellent every day. We stayed over Christmas and our kids (aged 11-7) really got into the special kids activities the hotel offered. Santa’s arrival was extra special. The whole stay was service I’ve never experienced before - I cannot recommend it enough. Thank you Hilton Los Cabos for giving us amazing family memories that will last a lifetime!

Great property, lovely rooms and decent food options. You see subtle hints of racism in service everywhere (and I am a gold member with Hilton and a platinum with Marriott and I mention that only to say I know hotels well) Examples - 6 days of breakfast - every time we walked in there wasn’t an outside table available with the views - only inside. But of course there was one available for the white family behind us Same thing for dinner - only inside tables available every time we asked. Towel service / swim lounge chairs - white person walked in and were offered a towel in hand along with a space at the chairs, even setting it up for them. Others (aka non whites) had to resort to self service. With increasing indian and Asian travelers you better fix this with your staff. Ps - still tipped everywhere I went, most times 10 or 20$ even for a drink or two so def wasn’t being cheap.

Meneses Wedding 2025
Dafne, Ambar and the entire HLC team were absolutely incredible and played such a huge role in giving us the fairytale wedding of our dreams. From the very beginning, we envisioned a beachfront ceremony with a formal, elegant indoor reception, and they truly ran with our vision and brought it to life with exceptional attention to detail. They are so sweet, hardworking, and incredibly responsive. Any time our guests had questions or concerns, Dafne and Ambar were immediately on top of it, making everyone feel cared for and supported. Throughout the entire planning process, they did their absolute best to work within our budget, and I genuinely felt like I had a best friend by my side every step of the way. They are extremely organized, thoughtful, and detail-oriented, which gave me so much peace of mind. I could fully enjoy our wedding day knowing everything was in the best hands. I cannot recommend Dafne and Ambar enough, they are truly amazing at what they do and made our wedding unforgettable.

Wedding of our dreams!
We had our wedding here and it was truly the most magical experience we could have imagined. The property is stunning, the service is exceptional, and every moment of our weekend felt seamless — but what truly made it extraordinary was Ivette. Ivette was the heart behind our entire wedding. She made everything possible. Coordinating vendors in another country can feel overwhelming, but she handled every detail with such ease, clarity, and professionalism that we never once felt stressed. She created our full wedding timeline, managed every moving piece, and somehow ensured that not a single thing went wrong - zero hiccups!! She was unbelievably responsive, warm, and organized, and she genuinely cared about making our day perfect. Our guests couldn’t stop talking about how smooth and beautiful everything was! If you are considering getting married here, do it - and if you have the chance to work with Ivette, you will be in the very best hands. Our wedding was more perfect than we ever dreamed, and we owe so much of that to her and the amazing team at the hotel!
