    Great hotel with good service.

    Great 3 day stay over the holidays and into the new year. Good executive lounge too bad my 15y old son could not stay in the lounge for snacks as of 6pm.

    Nice experience with Vasimin

    I’m a diamond member and it’s my first time at this Hilton hotel. Had a very nice experience with check in desk and the concierge helped with luggage all the way. Had breakfast at restaurant. The manager Vasimin was very nice. He speaks perfect Chinese and ordered omelets for us to the table. Facility was new and clean. Room is considered huge in London with two queen bed. Would recommend.

    Best Hotel with the best people and location

    Hilton Metropole has always been like a family to me. Everyone greets with warmth and kindness. Specially Avinash that I get to see in the Executive lounge everyday, is very friendly and welcoming. A very hardworking individual who pays attention to each and every guest!

    Nice hotel, but stay in the West Wing.

    The hotel lobby, restaurant, executive lounge and staff were great. The breakfast restaurant was well optioned and the staff led by Vaisimin were all very friendly. During this Christmas period there were long lines so better to arrive before 8:30am and the elevators were very busy. Our room in the older “family” wing definitely showed its age and are in desperate need for a renovation. The pillows were flat and beds not so comfy. The rooms in the newer west wing were much nicer and modern, though slightly smaller than the older wing. The location is convenient and steps from the underground station Edgware road.
