    Excellent overnight stay. The support from Hady at the check in was superb. Professional and helpful.

    Excellent room. Great staff. Hady who checked us in was very helpful and totally professional. Richard in the executive lounge was great and the room was impeccable, credit to housekeeper Parascovia.

    Modern hotel on the west side of London with good transport links

    Variable quality rooms and up-to-date room decor. Some rooms in West Wing and the Tower have been refreshed and are much much better - almost as good as the East Wing rooms. Looking past that, staff always friendly and polite. Always. Hasan and Vasimin in the restaurant are always welcoming friendly and efficient. Chef Kwaku does what must be the best poached eggs in London. Gabreal in the lounge is an excellent host with a great combination of formal and informal. Good bus and tube connections a few minutes walk away. Paddington station 10 minutes walk away.

    I would rate it average and not more than a 3 star hotel.

    Reception and concierge was very good. The room itself needs refurbishing. The drainage in the bathroom was awful, both for the tub and the basin. Had to brush teeth in tub. The towel had dirty finger traces on it. The kettle was unstable and caused minor burns.

    Another great stay

    I have stayed here before, and when I came back to London stayed again. Lovely hotel, with a hard working staff. Ameeka, the operator who answers the telephone is so enjoyable to talk to. She is always pleasant and upbeat. The hotel has 2 tube stops within minutes of the hotel which makes it very convenient to get around. There is also a Marks and Spencer's right across the street, and a Waitrose just minutes by walking The breakfast is amazing, the staff in there are wonderful. The chefs are so hardworking and do amazing humus. Adam and Lillyjana who clear the tables so friendly and always have a kind word . They are always keeping the tables clear of dirty dishes. I would rate the staff here at this hotel the best in the business. Everyone from the concierges , housekeeping, all of the breakfast staff, lounge staff, and chefs are truly special . The best in the business. There are 1,100 rooms here so that is a lot of work for them to keep things running smoothly and efficiently.
