    Very enjoyable short stay!

    I had a fantastic four days in a mostly rainy London a lot because the everyone at the hotel were fantastic and helped my out when I ran into some “self-inflicted troublems” after a somewhat stressful arrival. I had a great time and again thanks to everyone and for the upgrade plus the extra birthday cake!

    Excellent Service by Shaun - Concierge

    My first time at this Hilton in Kensington. I travel around the World (Dubai and Las Vegas more recently), and I only stay at Hilton's because I love the service. I was very well looked after by Shaun from the Concierge on two separate occasions. He went out of his way to help me and made my stay stress free and that is exactly what you need when you are away from home. Thank you so much Shaun!🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟

    Lovely upgraded room

    Arrived and was given an upgraded room which was lovely. Also given drinks vouchers as a diamond member plus a couple of tins of jelly beans. Had a good mushroom omelette for breakfast

    Wonderful staff - not so wonderful hotel

    As Hilton’s go this is probably the worst I’ve stayed in which is sad because it has a lot of potential. The staff here are fantastic! Shanika greeted us, checked us quickly and was very friendly and welcoming. I had high hopes! We were allocated room 2061 and on arrival there was a bottle of bubbles and a cake to celebrate my partners birthday which was a lovely touch. However, the room itself as well as the general surroundings of the corridors etc needs some serious TLC. The room smelt musty almost like stale cigarette smoke, the air con just blew hot air so slept with the window open and there were some mysterious stains on the carpet. It just didn’t feel clean and new which is what I expect from a Hilton hotel. The room had all the necessary amenities except for charging ports by the bed and no USB outlets. It’s a shame because the hotel is in close proximity to the tube station with great links to central London but really needs a lick of paint and an update.
