    Nice spa day

    Nice pool, good massage, delicious quinoa salad and iced tea. Very courteous and professional staff. Would rather a hot jacuzzi but overall a nice spa day.

    Wonderful experience at Hilton Bankside

    The entire experience was exceptional, including the bed, breakfast, facilities (pool, gym), absolutely everything and I want to make a special mention about the doorman Daniel, who was there in every moment when we wanted help. He even helped us organizing our days here, like the Christmass day!

    Service beyond expectation

    Overall great value for money. Despite a small glitch in checkin, the stay was thoroughly enjoyable with fantastic service. Two people who really stood out was Yordan the restaurant manager whose commanding presence and can do attitude was immediately felt. Another person who really went above and beyond all expectations was Alyson the head banquet chef and Manager on duty . Not only did she make us feel at home, from the first time we met her, she went out of her way to cater to our every whim and was especially delightful to our kids. Highly recommend hotel.

    Amazing Hotel

    Amazing team of staff at this hotel who cater for your every need with attention to detail second to none. We just spent an excellent Xmas at this tremendous Hotel. Special thanks to, Executive lounge staff, Domenico, Yen and Dikshya and the others Distillery Bar staff, Shawshank, Anne, Pawan and others General staff, Abdul, Daniel, Joseph, Amen and others And of course the management team who make it all happen, Kim, Josh and Raoul and others too many to mention.
