Value was great, food was good. The smashburger was definitely worth it. Staff was very friendly. Chef Niko was personable and the entire staff did a great job.

Dec 25, 2025Great hotel with spacious rooms and awesome customer service!
Just came back from a 3 day/2 night stay at this hotel. It was recommended to me by a former boss of mine. The hotel is located right next to the Torrey Pines Golf course and provided great views, as well. The staff were attentive and friendly. I just wished my gf and I took advantage of the free drink tickets that were given to us and golfers. What made the trip for us was an employee by the name of Rich. My GF left her relatively new MacBook on the counter where the valet was (I was busy getting the car to load up our stuff). We had arrived to a coffee shop near the UCSD campus when my phone kept on ringing from Rich. I picked it up and lo and behold, he had told me of the little faux pas that had occurred. I told him that we had an errand to run and would be back at the hotel within the hour. We went back to the hotel, picked up the laptop and wished Rich and the staff a Merry Christmas! Thank God there are still good and honest people in the world!

Pay Raise to you VALUABLE STAFF!!
Finn and Chef Niko were gracious to come over and greet us, providing great hospitality and service. Kudos to both Finn and Chef Niko!!! Thank them for being great employees of the Hilton Staff Members and GIVE THEM A PAY RAISE FOR THEIR LOYALTY!!! Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to all!! H&C

Food was great, the service was awesome. Jose was very personable and accommodating. I highly recommend the smash burger, the margarita pizza was good.

Holiday Season Getaway
Hotel staff has been exceptional since we arrived. In the restaurant Sandi and the team behind the bar took care of kids with hot chocolate and chicken strips and served great holiday drinks for the adults. Chef Niko took good care of us all and personally stopped out to ask us about our allergies.
