Horrible smelly Hotel rude front desk staff this hotel is nasty.
Rooms are super small the rugs smell like they’ve had every type of horrible spit, spill body fluids on them absolutely nasty. The walls have dings scratches dents all over them. The shower leaks out the bathroom floor into the hallway. This place should be condemned. It definitely needs a major remodel. Looks like it hasn’t been done in 50 years. Don’t stay here I would find a motel 6 that’s probably better than this. The couches are also nasty dirty filthy need a bedsheet to cover it up before you sit down on one. It seems like every person I’ve dealt with at the front desk is rude. Nasty don’t really care to seem to be here. Just going up to buy a snack and it’s like they mad that you’re wasting their time. The windows are filthy. You can hear every noise in the hallway all night Long walls are super thin. There’s too many other nice hotels around go stay somewhere else!

No sleep. Desk lady does nothing
Can't sleep. Guest next door slamming doors and partying. Can't call the front desk because room phones don't work. Got dressed twice already and went down 8 flights. Desk lady does nothing. No managers at night. This hotel cares only about pilots staying here. No cameras in hallways either. Now I don't feel safe.

Nightmare
Terrible customer service. Called my room and said I had 30 minutes to leave or the police would be called. I am a disabled person with a service animal. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE OR THE MANAGEMENT

Good location for events at Met Life Stadium
I stayed here 2 nights to attend an even at Met Life stadium (driving up from Philadelphia). I was a little hesitant after the mixed reviews, but overall it was pretty positive. The room was clean and appeared to be recently updated. Clean, modern TV (with Netflix etc), nice bathroom, decent beds. The complaint I have is there is basically no sound insulation from the hallway. Person opening the door next to you sounds like they are coming into your room. People talking in the hallway? Sounds like they are in your room. There was a wedding party staying at the hotel our first night, and while they weren't particularly loud, there were a few people talking near our room in the hallway (at normal volume) around midnight and it felt really loud since our room was silent at that point. Thankfully it only lasted a few minutes, but it could have been worse if it had been a poorly behaved group. Didn't notice any noise at all on the second night. It's an easy Lyft/Uber ride to Met Life. Getting out of Met Life Stadium is a mess, but I don't think that's avoidable due to the Met Life set up. (We eventually found a taxi out of it, but talked to other people who said it took them 2 hours to get out. That's not the fault of the hotel, though.) We drove back to Philadelphia on Monday morning around 8:30AM and didn't hit much traffic at all. I'm not sure if that was just lucky, but it seemed like the hotel was situated in a spot relative to NYC that let us get to I-95 south without getting sucked into NYC traffic (although we hit a fair bit of NYC traffic on Saturday afternoon on our way to the hotel.) There is no free breakfast. There is a 7-11 right next door to the hotel and we walked up there to get basic snack food each day. Hotel fitness center needs a little work. Cable machine was broken and looked like it was broken for a while. Managed to get a short workout in, anyway, but they should fix it. Parking was free and plentiful. I'd say here again if I were going to Met Life Stadium. It was close enough that it was pretty easy to get there, but not so close that they had jacked up the room rates for the event. (Some closer hotels were charging insane rates.)
