extra cost was ridiculous
The additional daily fee of $35 for amenities on top of the timeshare cost was excessive. Over the course of a weeklong vacation, it came out to about $275 with tax. This charge supposedly covered guest Wi-Fi, TV streaming, daily activities, nightly movies, a shuttle service, press reader access, and just two cups of coffee or two bottles of water. It’s hard to justify paying extra for these basic offerings when the timeshare itself is already so expensive.

Décent resort - convient to parks!
Fair warning: We stayed for 3 nights over Easter - so Spring Break and all that means. Good: Clean, modern, spacious rooms. Very friendly staff. Great pools and bar. Quiet. Secondary pool was empty! Bad (not really): Big property - main pool was not walking distance, nor was the bar/grill. The food was meh but not expecting much. Ugly: Most uncomfortable bed ever in a Hilton. Hard as a rock. I’m. Hilton Diamond member - tried a LOT of Hiltons.

Not worth it
The location to everything we wanted to do was GREAT! The check in was very smooth however, this is a time share resort and if you aren’t already a timeshare owner they will harass you the whole time via text and call and voicemail about joining. My boyfriend and I needed to add an extra day to our stay and asked for assistance with that via a text we received from the hotel, I was advised that they couldn’t help me with that and that id need to do it on my own and check out of the room on the last day and re check in for the new stay (annoying) but I complied. I was having difficulty online so I messaged back in frustration and only then did they give me a phone number to call, the lady over the phone was very professional and helped smoothly make the reservation. I clearly asked when she took down a card number which she insisted she needed to keep my reservation “there will be no additional fees or incident charges as I already have holds for those on my account right?” she replied and reassured “all you have to do is check in at the front desk the morning your current reservation ends and re check in for this one and no additional fees”All was well so I thought until I checked out of the first stay and checked back in, the woman who helped me at the front desk, VERY unprofessional kept leaving the desk and not letting me know anything until after 10 minutes of that I asked “is there an issue” and she said “no your room wasn’t blocked off for you” and I rolled my eyes because of the lack of communication on her end and she proceeded to ask for payment for this room, I said “I gave a card over the phone could you charge that” and she told me that card couldn’t be charged. But then stated it could only be charged if I didn’t show up….fishy. The card reader wasn’t working so she asked me if I had another form of payment at this point i was contemplating just going somewhere else because she had me try 3 other times before moving me to another terminal. I was so worried of being charged multiple times that I moved all my money out of my checking account into a separate account. There were bugs in my room falling from the ceiling onto the bed and the cleaning team didn’t make the bed some nights. The resort looks very nice but I would never stay here again. Makes a vacation very stressful.

Amazing Resort- Family friendly, relaxing, and so much to offer
We love staying at the Seaworld resort in Orlando! We come a few times a year. We love to stay in a 2 or 3 bedroom suite, so our family can spread out! Our 3 kids love having their own space, and we love having a living room area and full kitchen to make meals in the suite. The pools are huge, and there are multiple hot tubs. The kids love to walk down the little attached pier and check for gators and turtles! They offer kids activities, BINGO, games, tye dye, and music by the pool. The rooms are large, clean, and they have amazing service. I just send a text, and someone will drive you to the pool, drop off any housekeeping items, or help with any concerns you might have! HIghly recommend.

Overall not worth the visit
Although the resort and the 3 bedroom unit was layed out well the pool was very dirty and very little effort was done to keep pool area up. The room had a sparse collection of cooking items and pillows on the bed were flat and unsupportive.
