  We have used RCI for 30 years and never had any problems. Smooth process making reservations and we get the booking we request. Nice property clean, good parking good location to the parks.

  Greta property, some small issues

  Well, our expectation rate was not that high, based on the reviews here. But we were positively surprised by the property. Well maintained gardens, updated rooms and facilities and spacious rooms. Yes, it is this typical American old style rooms with grey, brown colours and a bathroom with bad including a shower-curtain (But this can be my European perspective), but the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The front door is not sound proof, but further we didn't hear any of our neighbours during our 7 day stay. We had challenges with the service: At the first days we had to call the frontdesk many times to get the temperature of the shower set and to get the promised daily cleaning (which is not standard!) organised. Only after we made real complain about this they apologised and for the rest of the week everything went smooth. This clearly had to do with the office staff and not with the front line staff, which we experienced as very friendly. The first evening we tried food from the restaurant, but the quality was so poor that we decided not to use that service anymore for the rest of our stay. I would absolutely recommend this accommodation, giving only 4 out of 5 has to do with the poor food quality and the start-up troubles we experienced.

  Great

  We really enjoyed our stay and the overall experience. The location was perfect, especially for visiting SeaWorld and the surrounding parks. Everything was close by and easy to access, which made the trip smooth and stress-free. The atmosphere was relaxing, the accommodations were comfortable, and it made our vacation even more enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again the next time we visit the parks. Highly recommended!

  Great stay in a very convenient location- close to many eateries and theme parks

  What a great experience at this hotel. First, check in was a breeze and the staff was super friendly and accommodating. Our building was #1. They were painting the outside and seem to keep good care and maintain this property well. There was a large scaffolding with painters painting the building. This seems to be routine and they ar removing from building to building. The room we had was a studio and perfect for two people. Spacious room with a great AC unit. Fair amenities, as to be expected. Mid sized fridge, toaster, sink and plates, knives and forks. The grounds were groomed very well and employees always seemed to be working. This resort is close to everything and directly across the street from sea world. I did not see any shuttle to theme parks but we paid $13 to Epcot, and about $8 to The Point, and other venues on International drive. The resort had daily activities and a calendar is provided at check in. The pools are heated, and there are hot tubs. There is also outdoor evening entertainment adjacent to the outdoor bar and grill. Reasonably priced eats from lunch to dinner at this location. You also receive a discount being a guest with your provided wristband. Housekeeping was amazing, very nice and helpful. Ashley from the guest services team texted us several times during our stay to ensure we had everything we needed. We are pretty easy travelers and took our own trash out to the bin at the end of the hallway and the staff wanted to do it for us. Above and beyond here at this resort. Great secure place with room card, or guard gated access. We would book and stay here again should the need arise. Great family escape. A+ to Hilton and staff for providing a fantastic guest experience. Make sure to peek in the lake along the walking path for the gators.

  Wonderful Week

  Hilton Grand VC Sea World was a great location and resort for our family's trip to Orlando. We stayed in a 3 bedroom unit that was clean and updated. The layout of the 3B was main bedroom had king bed w.bath. The other 2 bedrooms had 2 full beds in them each. One had on-suite bath and the other bedroom had exclusive use of the hallway full bath....so lots of space for all. The living area was comfortable and spacious. The pool looked lovely, but we did not use. The bar restaurant was nice and offered lots of choices for quick eats. The coffee shop Market Store was very well stocked with all kinds of foods and bakery items and ice cream. Location is great to visit theme parks and there are drug stores, Publix and restaurants nearby within a mile or two and you don't need to go in main traffic areas to get to them. We used our car locally, but used Uber to get to Universal & Epic.
