Run Away from the Timeshare presentation
We generally like Hilton properties so when we were offered a discounted rate at a Las Vegas property to listen to a timeshare presentation, we were moderately interested. The representative stated that these were not like the Timeshares of old and there was no hard sales pushes. If we said No it was No and that would be the end of it... Well, that is not even close to true. First off, the hotel would not be one I would ever stay at again. For a Vegas "resort" it was lacking in many areas. No real restaurant on site. There was a pool bar that served food. It was OK at best and took forever to get food. There was also a marketplace store that had a few things but nothing worth eating for more than a snack. They had a pretty nice pool area with 2 pools but one was always closed. A couple we met who had been there before told us they have never seen both pools open. The name says its on the strip, which it technically is but its way down on the end of the strip with nothing in walking distance. For the timeshare presentation, it started off with one young girl, who didnt know much about some of the questions we had... like how do you get out of the timeshare if we get to the point where we cant travel any longer. Once we heard the "buy in price minimum of 39K plus over $1800 a year in maintenance fees with no answer for "how do you get out of it at some point" We said " I think this is a hard No".. That response brought in a 2nd guy, pretty rude and pushy that explained that in order to get out of your timeshare you would have to sell it to a timeshare broker and Hilton had no involvement in that. I also tried to explain to him that I was not about to make a 39K + decision in an hour. We would need time to discuss this between my partner and I in private. They would not allow that. They wanted an immediate decision. He tried to "shame" is into saying Yes. Then he offered a 10 year contract for the same cost but with 1/2 of the allotted points to use the facilities. I once again said "no!" That brought on a 3rd person who tried to offer us a week trip somewhere to sign up for the timeshare.. Im still at "No!" at this point I am wanting to run out the door screaming. Remember.... this was SUPPOSED to be a "no means No, no pushy sales people experience.... Also, if you dont go through the entire process and get "checked out" at the end, they charge you full price for the rooms that you are in at the "discounted" price of $255 for 3 nights. Also, the hotel put a $100 hold on my credit card that has yet to be returned even though I charged nothing to my room. They said that it may take a few days so I'll give them that but I have never had a hotel put a $ hold on a credit card. I have left one on file for incidentals but never had an actual hold put on a dollar amount. The time share is still the sketchy stuff of the 1990's that people are Still trying to get out of.. They told us we could leave it as inheritance to my daughter... Can you imagine... you cant even die and get out of it! Run, Run far away, do not waste your time.. not worth it. I thought Hilton would be different but they are not. Hilton is now in the SCAM business. Really changed my opinion of Hilton as a business.

Overpriced and far from the strip
The room was spacious and clean. We did not have a nice view. The market in the hotel is extremely expensive and breakfast is not good. The hotel is also quite removed from the strip, we used Uber and taxis to get around. Overall, it was a disappointing stay, three of my four children cut their feet on the newly surfaced pool. Walking afterwards was painful for them. The staff were pleasant but there are much better hotels to stay in. I would not recommend this one.

Keep Searching This is not the One
The wife and I booked a week with Hilton Grand Vacations Club Las Vegas Strip, The Room was OK, except next door were screaming children at all hours, I contacted the front desk and they wanted to connect me with Security? I dont work for you. I gave them the Room number in question and nothing was done. The scheduled cleaning was ignored. I think this facility is Terrible!

Excellent experience
Such an excellent venue and our daughter visited kids club every day. Thank you to our teachers: Tasha’s, Shanique, Indra, Aria, Shania and Janiel. They took such a good care of her. I was able to get notifications through WhatsApp whenever I needed.

Perfect.
We are Hilton honors members but this stay was probably the best we have ever experienced. It started with a young man that greeted us at 1100pm. Got our luggage, allowed to park upfront in a non handicapped spot and got permission which allowed me to park there overnight since he realized I was handicapped. Check in was super smooth. We were checked on various times to make sure everything was going great. I would give this stay a 12 out of a possible 1 to 10!!
