Dec 23, 2025I smoke. Doesn’t anyone ever scoop the butts out of the ashtray?!
The smoking area has not been cleaned since we got here 3 days ago. It’s sad that the same stuff is in the ashtray now. I guess nobody cares?

Dec 21, 2025Terrible management and check-in process.
We stayed over the Thanksgiving holiday this year. Our flight was delayed, and we arrived around 11:30 PM with a young child. When we used the room key we were given, we discovered that someone was already inside the room and had locked the door from the inside. We were shocked and terrified by the situation. We immediately went back to the front desk and were asked to wait outside the room while they called security. After waiting about 20 minutes, security arrived but still could not access the room. We were eventually reassigned to another room after a very long wait. The entire experience was extremely distressing, especially for our child, who was so frightened that she developed a fever the next day. To make matters worse, children’s Tylenol at the hotel market was priced at nearly three times the normal cost. This incident clearly reflects a serious failure in the hotel’s check-in system and a lack of urgency in resolving a safety-critical issue. The process for accommodating guests—especially families arriving late at night—was unacceptable.

Dec 02, 2025Modern and Clean with a Few Caveats
The place looks very modern and clean. There was a full kitchen available to use which includes cups and utensils. The air conditioning was very responsive and was easy to adjust to our liking. The 3 elevators seem to operate very quickly despite there being 27 floors in this hotel. Some things that I did not like was that the parking near the hotel is very limited and the parking structure is not as conveniently near so be prepared to walk. Also, the pool was only open from 10 AM - 6 PM so we were not able to use it because it closed so early. Overall, I still enjoyed my stay here.

Disrespectful Front Desk Experience and No Attempt to Resolve Issue
I stayed at the Boulevard Hilton Grand Vacations Club over Thanksgiving and had a disappointing experience with the front desk team, especially the manager (Samatha Cordero). I was told at check-in by Raylene that I could switch my payment method using tap-to-pay by 9:30 AM on checkout day. I planned my expenses around that guidance. When I returned the morning of checkout, the manager told me tap-to-pay “wasn’t possible” and insisted the original agent would never have said that. Instead of listening or trying to help, she was dismissive, disrespectful, and made no effort to explore alternatives. In 2025, tap-to-pay is standard, and hotels normally have multiple ways to process a card. She offered none. Not only did this misinformation cost me financially, but the lack of care or willingness to resolve a simple issue made me feel undervalued as a guest. This experience does not align with the level of service I expect from Hilton.

The Staff was polite and accommodating. The rooms were newly renovated and pristine. The customer service was extraordinary.
