Fantastic Hotel great location.
Absolutely loved the hotel. FYI plenty of Mirrors LOL. Seriously Stop. The hotel is amazing. Just avoid the sales presentation rude and nasty. No thank you is NO. Otherwise enjoy the property. Exit to the mall next to Planet Hollywood. I use Insta Cart had food snacks drinks delivered the hotel. Cheaper and save the expenses for dinner at a restaurant.

The Elara Hilton in Vegas was the perfect home base for our group trip!
You cannot beat the location — directly connected to the Miracle Mile Shops, so there’s always something to do, eat, or explore without ever stepping outside. Also within walking distance to the larger hotels, Paris and Bellagio. We stayed in a massive 3-bedroom suite, and it fit all 7 of us perfectly. Tons of space, great layout, full kitchen, actual dining area, and gorgeous views of the Sphere. Now… the pull-out sofa. Brutal. Hard as a rock with thin, scratchy sheets — definitely the low point of the room. Our only major issue was the fire alarm going off in just our suite (not the whole hotel), and it was deafeningly loud. To their credit, the hotel responded quickly, but it was definitely a trip-interrupter. Overall, the Elara has fantastic rooms, unbeatable convenience, and great amenities — just skip the pull-out couch and hope your room doesn’t have a false alarm moment!

Fantastic
I visited Las Vegas this past week with a family friend, and decided to use my remaining membership points instead of staying in a casino as I usually do. Our room was a two bedroom suite located on the 54th floor (5434). The view was out of this world - probably one of the best views I have experienced in Las Vegas.

Amazing hotel, great location... However.. No customer relations / service from staff
The hotel is based right on the centre of the strip and literally across the road in an absolute perfect location. One of the best points of this hotel is that it is actually private u like the other ones on the strip which all have casinos and free access to everyone meaning they are busy and crowded, where as this one was the opposite. It was immaculate Inside and spacious rooms with kitchenette so you can heat your own food or have a breakfast in your room. Overlooking the strip side and front with large windows and elective blinds. Bed was large and super soft. The down side for this hotel sadly was the customer service which was pretty abysmal and why it only gets a three star... (hotel would of been 5 otherwise). Immediately from us landing the electric blind wasn't working and we had t ask the engineer to come and look it which to be fair they did in 20 mins. When I say look at it they lifted the blind, knocked the box and hit the socket and it worked for one time. This was again reported when we were going out and we said happy for someone to look at whilst our. On return we noted it wasn't working and we're told that they had been up twice and someone would show us how to use it.... Bear in mind there is a button saying blind Up and a button saying blind down, so we were pretty confident we knew how to use it! Third time an engineer comes up, removes various wires and agrees it's not working properly and an it man was in tomorrow if we wanted to look at it. So we eventually gave up as found the TV could raise and lower the and just left the wall switches which were clearly faulty... Next issue was we were told that we could check out at 12 as this was already agreed and no cost as pre agreed. When we spoke to the desk they told us 10 and we had to tell them that we had already spoke and agreed 12 and they went to the manager who again authorised this.... The next morning a text comes... Check out at ten... So again went to desk to explain and were told sorry we can't do 13 as no notes were on system... So we advised to speak to a manager and surprisingly again we were told 13 and no cost... The last thing was we decided to use the dishwqsher in the room to make sure all were done and tidy... However.... This decided to start and give us an indoor swimming pool so we had to turn or iff... On checking our we told the desk about it, and the blindx and a socket not working and they said OK k will make a note... When we walked away it was clear to see that they had paid no notice and started checking someone in ignoring what we said.. Also on checking out not once we're we asked, did you have a good stay, was everything OK, did you enjoy your time.. But simply.... OK your checked out.. So sadly this could of quite easily been a 5 star review but unfortunately the inept. Customer service or lack or any sort of service dropped this hotel down to a three...
