Business with Pleasure
The rooms are nice and clean. The function rooms are well equipped. The staff are very efficient and helpful even going beyond by providing tips on places to visit and where to eat. Special mention to Ms Josie.

Best housekeeping staff and clean rooms
Housekeeping staff exceptional. Kind, pleasant responsive and room super clean! I travel for work and this housekeeping staff was truly the best. I had no cash to tip and they would not let me Venmo them, but was really impressed. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Wrongfully charged a smoking fee. Hilton not fixing their smoking devices
We stayed in this hotel from 06/17/2025 to 06/22/2025. We were in the room number 1157 located at the 11th floor. After the stay I noticed a $313 charged from the hotel to my Hilton card. I called the hotel and asked about the charge and they told me it was a smoking fee. Both me and my wife are non smokers so I was surprised to hear that. Keep in mind that during our stay and the check out nobody talked to us about and smoking fee, as non smokers it didn’t cross my mind that we would be charged that. When I called the hotel I was told that only the manager can help me, but they were not available and I will have to call again. I contacted Hilton corporate about this matter so hopefully the hotel will call back. I am a Hilton Gold member (not that it matters) and was treated that way. I don’t know how you treat the costumers who don’t have status with the hotel. . As a long term Hilton member deeply disappointed. Reading the reviews I can see that I am not the only one who had this issue and the problem is still not getting fixed.
