Good stay

I had a good stay. Quiet room. Clean rooms and hotel. Pillows were not the best but the bed was comfortable. Big rooms with a kuerig coffee maker. Friendly front desk and restaurant staff. Shout out to Odilia as she was very kind. Lots of parking.

Great Stay

Recently stayed here for a hockey tournament for our granddaughter and couldn't have been more pleased with our stay. We originally had to make two reservations in order to book for two nights since we were using points, and they were so accommodating to arrange it that we didn't have to change rooms. All of the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the room was very clean and comfortable. We will stay again when we visit next year.

What a treat!!

Very nice to enter into and relax, we had a great room, clean and had no complaints! Was a treat to come back to after a concert. Bed was comfy. Breakfast wasn't free but it was plentiful as a buffet! Staff was friendly and personable and can't say enough about how clean every area was, from the lobby to the room. Don't hesitate about staying here, you will certainly enjoy it!!

Cold Water Experience

Hotel stay was great until the second morning of our stay. My wife and I both had cold showers as there was no hot water. As we were leaving anyway, we both packed up and went down to the front desk to check out. The person at the front desk was quite concern and went to get the manager. The manager however was very dismissive. He wanted to know why we had not phoned down when the problem occurred. He said that there had been no other reports of this nature. I have travelled weekly for years and was a Hilton Diamond member for year. This was the worst that I have been treated. I like staying at the Garden Inn but likely won’t stay at this one again.

Great stay

Loved the fact they cleaned my room daily as I was staying for 11 nights in total. The only thing I was a tad disappointed with was the fact they didn't check the soap dispensers for refills as mine needed refill... just saying... and I had to call once to get my room done as I had visitors coming to visit. But the food was excellent!!! Service was excellent Front desk agents were excellent as well. Great job
