This is a very nice hotel in a great location. The views from the bay-facing windows are spectacular. A great place for breakfast.

Oct 22, 2025HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
I am rating this hotel poorly due to the unacceptable level of service I experienced during my stay. How the host & manger are unprofessional & discriminatory and unfair. Upon arrival, the front desk host, Gary, was extremely rude and dismissive. While assisting other guests in the lobby, he appeared attentive, yet when it came to helping me, he was unresponsive and impatient. As a first-time guest at this hotel, I was unfamiliar with the layout and procedures. When I asked for assistance, Gary responded with an attitude, speaking under his breath and providing unclear, rushed directions instead of offering proper guidance. Later in the day, I ordered food from two different restaurants through DoorDash. The first driver, who happened to be white, was allowed to bring my order directly to my room. However, the second driver, who was Hispanic, was refused entry under the claim that “hotel policy” prohibited delivery drivers from going upstairs. When I went down to retrieve my order, I encountered another DoorDash driver—also white—who was being permitted to deliver food to another guest’s room. This inconsistent enforcement of policy was not only unprofessional but also appeared discriminatory and unfair. Overall, my experience was extremely disappointing due to the poor customer service and lack of respect shown by the staff.

Good location, great view, lots of parking. I had a room on the 12th floor and could see the Golden Gate Bridge. Which was very nice with my morning coffee. I found it to be quiet & clean. The housekeeping ladies in the hall were friendly. The front desk, not so much but I didn’t need anything from them anyway.

Well located and nice bay view
It was what you'd expect from this brand in an older building. Best to get a high floor with the bay view. The view is nice and it was quiet. The other side (even numbered rooms) overlooks a very busy, noisy freeway. Room 903 had a more open view than the other end would and you are away from the elevators. Pretty good buffet breakfast.

Nice stay
We stayed here for three nights and had a very pleasant stay. The room was very large and well furnished, as was the bathroom. The staff were all very friendly, especially at reception and in the bar. Parking is available at a reduced fee for guests. We also took advantage of the breakfast offered at the hotel once - very large selection with eggs, waffles, pancakes, fruit etc. But the hot drinks and juices from disposable crockery is of course a no-go for environmental reasons! At least there were real plates and cutlery ... Apart from that, we were very satisfied and would book the hotel again at any time.
