Fabulous staff, top location, we will be back!!!

We visited Clearwater on a day trip whilst staying in St Petes, and absolutely loved the town vibe so decided to stay for a couple of nights! We popped into a few hotels to see what was available, cost etc. When we walked into the Hilton, we were immediately hit by a lovely citrus fragrance and an extremely welcoming front desk attendant called Dylan. He was so friendly and helpful and showed us a couple of the rooms. He even picked up on my husband's Welsh accent and introduced us to a long term employee from Wales who was in the back office! Just so friendly and welcoming. We decided to book there and then, to return the following night for 2 nights stay. We did not regret it. The hotel was lovely and our room overlooked the pool and the long white sandy beach which stretched for miles. The room was spacious, location was excellent, close to shops, restaurants etc. Beach access was brilliant, and the beach was always nice and quiet. The pool was perfect for our 3 year old daughter to splash around in, and it was never busy. The staff, including Denzil, were very helpful and friendly. Philip was particularly helpful when it came to serving ice cream to our daughter by splitting into two tubs, and then came round poolside with ice cool towels - these were most welcome. As an independent travel agent, I will be highly recommending this hotel to my clients, so much so, we are returning ourselves as a family in August 2025 , just waiting for the rooms to become available! Thank you for making our stay a comfortable one.

    Family trip

Great staff and were extremely attentive! We had no issues, and were very impressed with how great they took care of us. Housekeeping did an AMAZING job, the pool staff was fantastic (Gabby was top notch), the front desk and bell hop were very accommodating & friendly! The Hibiscus Spa (Jennifer and Jose) were superb! Thank you Clearwater Hilton!

Wouldn’t stay again- not worth the price. Valet Parking only (fee) And a resort fee. An extra $100 CAD

You’re paying for the beach! The hotel rooms were average, like my local holiday inn. We stayed as a family, 2 teens and they were not pleased with the bathroom door that didn’t lock and you could see into. Balcony had nail clippings all over! 🤢

Another fantastic vacation at a fantastic resort. However, what makes this a 5 star experience is the hotel staff. A special thanks to Dylan, Lena and Leah for going above and beyond to make my stay unforgettable and a reason to return in 2025!

They will steal your car and treat you rudely.

We go to Clearwater every year. Most years we stay at Hilton because of Tommy's Bar and the cabanas. This year , unfortunately , was not as pleasant. We were greeted with very rude Valets that were no help at all and just wanted to get a tip. Once we unpacked everything, I had forgotten my phone in the car and went down to give the valet ticket to the valet and had to wait 25 minutes while the valets took new guests, smoked cigerettes and even stood joking with eachother. When I finally had enough, i approched one and presented my ticket and explained that i needed something out of my vehicle. He snatched the ticket and went ot get my key. he then gave me the key and started to walk away. When I asked where my care was parked, he merely pointed to the 4 story garage and said " it is in there somewhere." It took 15 minutes of walking on every level to realize they didnt put my care in the garage but outside on the other side of the hotel. When I went to give the key back to the valet he stuck his hand out for a tip lol When we checked out and got into our car, we noticed that the cups and wrappers we left in the car were gone and 83 miles added to the odometer( I took a pic when I went to get my phone.) . The nerve of these idiots to , not only treat guests in a rude and disrespectful manor, but to use other peoples cars for joyrides is criminal. We will not be stay at this hotel again.
