Staff not hospitable at all, very complacent and uninterested in guests. The bufet was good with plenty of food options. The executive lounge offers very limited snacks. The beach is public and you will be harassed all day long by the desperate women trying to sell you massages. It became unbearable. Extremely disappointing trip as the Cartagenians are not friendly. I would like to Commend one of the housekeepers, Patricia, who did an exceptional job on our room for part of our stay. Hilton should take pride in employees like Patricia.

Carlos from front desk at check in was very professional, kind and friendly. Gave all the details we need and very attentive and considerate. We appreciate his service. Thank you! Everyone else we encountered are friendly in general, happy to see all the staff are happy under the management. Good management brings out the positive energy

The staff was pleasant and the rooms were decent size. Three pools and pool bar servers were pleasant. Be patient if your spanish is not good. Allison in the restaurant was very accommodating, considering we did not eat pork. Spa was comfortable. Location is good near the beach and not in the mix of too much chaos. Uber or Taxi to Wall City approximately US $5. I would recommend and stay again.

Hilton Resort Oceanfront
I’ve just stayed at Hilton Cartagena and it is, without a doubt, the most wonderful resort !I would like to especially thank to Valentina manager at the front desk — she is an incredibly responsive and professional person, always ready to help and share valuable information.I also want to highlight the VIP Lounge, with its fantastic drinks and impeccable service.A huge thank you to the entire Hilton Santa Marta team! I really hope to return soon!

Victoria - Awesome Experience😊
My experience at the hotel was awesome. Staff were very pleasant and responded to all request for help quickly. There were 8 family members in my party and we had a blast. My room was clean, I loved the open door shower, and the complimentary bottles of water. Also, the popcorn and cotton candy was such a welcomed treat. My grandson had a ball. We will definitely recommend this hotel to our friends and other family members looking to travel to Cartagena.
