    Unexpected

    Wow, I can’t believe the experience i had with my family at this hotel. At first i thought it was your usual resort where you have all you can eat restaurants and some pool, but the quality of everything this resort offers changed my view of it completely. I also had my first ever massage treatment with “Veronica” and she was incredibly and super nice. I Thank God for all the workers here they treated me with such care and kindness.

    Excellent Rooms and Overall Great Experience

    After much research and planning, I am so happy that we chose this resort for a one week spring break trip with our two teenagers. The staff are fabulous and the rooms are excellent for families. We had tons of space in our 1 king/2 murphy-bed room. The beach is awesome, yes - there was some seaweed, but we had a great time and it was a lovely spot. We used the beach more than the pools. Food was good, everyone was able to find something to eat anytime of day, and the restaurants provided lovely ambiance and menu options. Huge thank you to Jarlin, the concierge who helped us with restaurant reservations and checked in with us each day. Thank you also to Jesus in the Enclave lounge for the delicious margaritas, and to Amos at La Luce for the amazing service at dinner. Finally, thank you to Antonio and the hardworking entertainment team - we had a great time playing beach volleyball and they organized tons of fun activities throughout the day. Overall, a fun and solid option for families looking for a smaller sized resort with excellent rooms and a great beach!
