Loved this resort - great food and fitness!
I had the pleasure of staying at the Hilton Cancun, an All-Inclusive Resort in March 2026, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Boris at check-in was wonderful and also provided great assistance when our plane was delayed, which we really appreciated. The setting is stunning—beautiful ocean views, warm sunshine, and a relaxing atmosphere that makes it easy to unwind. The sunrises each morning on the terrace before yoga were fantastic. Every beach chair has a view of the ocean! Our balcony faced the mangroves which were beautiful and we saw the prettiest sunsets. The rooms were comfortable, modern and clean. The food a highlight of the trip. There was such a great variety across all of the restaurants, with something for everyone. I especially appreciated the healthy options available, which made it easy to stay on track while still enjoying the experience. The steakhouse was our favourite—absolutely delicious and a standout dining experience. The wait staff throughout the resort were excellent. The quality and variety of the activities and fitness programming at this resort really stood out to me. As someone in the industry, I can confidently say this was the best fitness offering I’ve experienced at any resort. A huge shout out to the fitness team and the E-Teams - Jesus, William, Astoreth and Jose. Astoreth’s reformer Pilates class was fantastic, and William’s mat Pilates class was both challenging and fun. I was also so impressed by the range of unique offerings, including floating yoga and TRX classes. Jose and the entire entertainment team were friendly, energetic, and welcoming, helping create such a positive atmosphere throughout the stay. Overall, this resort goes above and beyond in food quality and variety, service and programming. I would highly recommend it—especially for anyone who values high-quality fitness and great food as part of their vacation experience. I’m so grateful for my time here and would absolutely return.

Disappointing Experience
The resort itself was okay, but the experience was overshadowed by a very frustrating issue with billing and Customer Service. At Check-in , Jesus ( the agent who assisted me) told me that my room upgrade was complimentary as part of my Hilton Gold member Status. However, I later found out I was charged and additional $600 for that same upgrade. That's a pretty big surprise- and not a good one. I brought this up with Norma, the manager, who assured me she would look into it. I specifically asked if she would follow up with me, and she confirmed she would. Unfortunately, its now been close to a week, and despite multiple emails and phone calls, I still haven't heard anything back. The lack of communication and follow-through has been disappointing. Also, worth noting- if you're looking for true beach experience, this is not the place. The beach here is not comparable to other resorts. The beach here does not have the clear, turquoise color that Cancun is know for and is not comparable to the other resorts in the area. For comparison, I've stated at the Hilton Tulum and Hilton Cancun Mar and Caribe, and both are significantly better in terms of overall experience, food quality, beach, and restaurant options. Overall, the resort is decent, but the misleading upgrade charge and poor customer service after the fact would make me thing twice before returning.

The reason for my visit was my wife’s birthday, and thanks to the team, it became a very special occasion. Thank you all
I would like to highlight the wonderful service provided by the team. In particular, I would like to recognize Mr. Rigoberto for his excellent treatment—always attentive and professional. He truly deserves to be personally recognized for his outstanding work. I would also like to acknowledge Mr. Jesús, Mr. Julio, and Mr. Gerardo for their great work. Thank you all very much!
