Wonderful End to Our Cancun Holiday
We only stayed at the Hilton Cancun, All Inclusive for one night before our flight out of Cancun to try it out, having stayed at another resort earlier that week - as usually our Hilton experience is related to business, not leisure travel. It turned out to be the perfect cap and transition to returning home - terrific beach view from our room, extensive buffet spread for dinner and breakfast, and friendly staff. We will be back!

Nice but not amazing
Mexico We stayed here at the end of November beginning of December 25. Lovely place on the whole. Big shout out to Guillermo on the south pool he was such a great waiter. Paulette the waitress from the Mexican restaurant was lovely even though the food wasn’t great. I’d have been happy with fajitas Silverio from La Luce was fabulous Diego from Vela was great And both Vangellis and Elvis the waiters from Aura were fabulous and the food there was lovely The whole place smells nice At the south pool end the Sun disappeared by 2pm and moves to the front of the hotel but there’s nowhere to sit to enjoy it. On the whole we had a warm swim up pool but found the main pool cold. I had to ask for Robes but it wasn’t a problem Good service at pool We made the mistake of going during thanksgiving and were met with very loud Americans - no quiet bar and a party atmosphere not what we were looking for. Towels for the pool were nice and plentiful Mini bar wasn’t stocked up consistently Inconsistent house keeping not arriving until nearly 5pm even though we were out of the room by 8:30am. Then they’d not replace towels, toiletries and bath mats so you had to keep calling house keeping Room was nice. Nice coffee machine in the room No towel hangers and not enough hooks for anything like bathrobes Room for double sink but only one sink Glassware not 5 star. Had a Prosecco in a wine glass Bathroom made of glass no privacy Not a lot of storage hangers shelves in room Lots of Children in south pool when there is a family pool Room service hit and miss Apps for booking poor Not a big beach not a problem for us Secluded which we liked but it’s far away Party atmosphere no quiet place and noisy DJ when you just want to relax Close to airport Room key is a wrist band but it’s good and stylish and you never forget your key

A Stunning Celebration of Mexican Culture and Tradition
The Mexican cultural show was absolutely amazing. The performance was vibrant, energetic, and truly showcased the richness of Mexican traditions. The highlight for me was the performer with the rope — his skill and precision were incredible and kept everyone engaged. I was also very impressed by the perfect synchronization between the men and women in traditional dress; their coordination, timing, and passion made the performance even more beautiful to watch. It was an unforgettable cultural experience and definitely worth seeing.

Amazing Food, Facilities, &:Entertainment
We stayed at the Hilton Cancun All-Inclusive for four days and absolutely loved it. From the moment you walk into the stunning lobby, the ambience sets the tone for an exceptional stay. The food was fantastic—and that genuinely exceeded expectations. When you hear “all-inclusive,” you don’t usually expect this level of quality, but every meal was impressive. The hospitality was off the chain—friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming throughout the entire resort. The entertainment was ridiculously good. What really sets this property apart is that it’s not just all-inclusive in terms of food and drinks, but also in entertainment. There were activities and shows planned throughout the day and evening, making it completely unnecessary to leave the property at all. The pool and beach were both beautiful, offering great places to relax during the day. An added bonus is that the resort is connected to the Waldorf Astoria, which brings an extra layer of pure luxury and elegance to the overall experience. We enjoyed every moment of our stay and will definitely be back in the future. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a truly complete all-inclusive resort experience.

Good and Bad
Firstly, I’d like to say wow — this hotel was an amazing experience. The staff were fantastic and the hotel itself is absolutely stunning. The food was excellent, from the buffet to the on-site restaurants, all of which were outstanding. The drink selection couldn’t have been better, with a wide range of premium spirits available. My only issue was the construction work taking place on the beach, with diggers operating up and down all day, every day. Unfortunately, this did take away from the Caribbean beach experience 😢. Overall, this is still a very positive review, and if the construction work wasn’t ongoing, I would happily return.
