Disappointing stay and experience
Subject: Feedback on Disappointing Stay at Hilton All-Inclusive Cancun Dear Hilton Management, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at the Hilton All-Inclusive Cancun. As an airline crew member and a Diamond member, I had expected a certain level of service and amenities, but unfortunately, my experience fell far short of those expectations. During my stay, I encountered several issues, notably with the café, which failed to provide adequate food. Additionally, the staff was less than enthusiastic and accommodating, which only added to the disappointment. Basic necessities, which should be a standard offering at an all-inclusive resort, were not met. At checkout, I spoke with the front desk about my concerns, but it was clear that they were not interested in addressing my feedback. This lack of care and concern for guest experience is unacceptable. Given this experience, I regret to say that I will not be returning to this location in the future, nor will I be recommending it to friends or family. I hope you take this feedback seriously and make the necessary adjustments to improve the experience for future guests.

Misrepresented 5-Star Luxury Holiday
We booked Hilton Cancun All-Inclusive over Christmas as a luxury 5-star, all-inclusive holiday, but it did not deliver anything close to what was promised. The resort was poorly organised, understaffed, and unresponsive, with unattentive staff, slow room service, lack of clean towels, cold and limited food, hygiene issues at buffets, cancelled activities, non-existent entertainment, and fights over sun beds. Multiple guests we spoke with reported the same problems, showing these issues are systemic. This was a very expensive holiday that failed to deliver on every expectation — read reviews carefully before booking.

Hotel Hunger Games
Going to pile on with all the terrible reviews. Third time here and first time disappointed. Every day is stressful as guests forced to fight over lounge chairs, towels and restaurant reservations and wait in long lines. $1000+ a night hotel seems more interested in the up-sell of cabanas and private dining. It pains me to say it but - it’s a beautiful hotel with nice rooms, friendly staff etc. - but we won’t be back.
