General Information - Room taxes are included in vacation price. Minimum night stay restrictions may apply. Reservation changes may not be permitted unless authorized by the hotel.
Resort Service Charge - A mandatory resort service charge will be collected directly from hotel guests.

Mayla at the Hilton Saved our vacation.
The customer service, facilities, beach, pools, room. Wow. After a horrible start to vacation at a different hotel, Mayla took care of us at check in and exceeded our expectations. She basically saved our vacation from disaster with a good deal and made us feel like fantastic. We’ll be back. Soon.
Allison bar experience
Just went for a few drinks at the bar with some friends and the whole vibe and experience was great Rickey and Joe were at the bar and the service was exceptionally good the drinks and food were amazing.
Bad first impression
We arrived to stay overnight before our cruise. Got to resort about 1:30pm, room was not ready so we decided to get a bite to eat. Food was ok, nothing spectacular, and pricey. Be aware- they add in 20% gratuity to your bill, so don’t tip twice. We decided to change into our bathing suits afterwards and go hang at the pool for a bit. It wasn’t until we got down to the pool, that we were told both pools and hot tub were CLOSED due to failure to keep up with their health codes?? So here we are, sitting by the pool, that we CAN’T use! Not to mention, no one bothered to tell us that when we arrived and they charge a daily resort fee to stay here, yet no use of their pools! We are Hilton Diamond members and used points to stay here. What a waste of points! We will not be back. I would not recommend.
Brilliant hotel!! It was such a welcoming place. Some of the items on menus were quite expensive but so is everywhere in Miami. It is placed in a really convenient area with a Starbucks across the road and just a small walk away from really nice restaurants. There is also a bus stop right outside the hotel where you can get either a free bus right up to the other end of Collins avenue or normal busses for only $2.25 to anywhere in the city, such as Aventura Mall’ or ‘Downtown Miami’’. The staff are lovely and when the pool was out of use for a few hours the lovely staff member - Sergaud- gave us a free pina colada with either alcohol or no alcohol! Couldn’t recommend enough, great beds, great staff, great atmosphere!!!!
Great customer service!
So far my stay is ideal! I did not like my original room at all due to over due renovations but they made it right and upgraded my room! Monique in the restaurant Allison is ver personable,attentive,and cool. She made my happy hour experience a good one!
