Dec 31, 2025Excellent experience, will be back!
I have nothing but wonderful things to say about my stay at the Hilton Cabana Miami Beach Resort. This review is way overdue. I went with my mother in September 2025. We had an excellent time. The rooms were wonderful, clean and we had a great view of the beach. I love the location of the hotel and that there is a boardwalk with bike rentals. The staff were friendly, kind, welcoming, helpful, attentive and informative. I loved how much they attended to my mother because this trip was for her. The following staff get an extra shout out for going above and beyond for the both of us: Pedrina, Deven, Eduardo, Adriana, and Menfrid. Lastly, the food was delicious! So innovative and appropriate for the Miami vibe. The drinks were on point! Thank you for such a wonderful stay. My Mom and I still talk about it.

Dec 30, 2025Don't come to Miami Beach if you Coeliac and Gluten free.
Check in was ok. Room was good but beds hard and uncomfortable i had to ask for extra mattress cover folded over to help. I paid for a partial sea view and didn't get any sea view. I told the reception but they said i need to take it up with the people i booked with so i have. The pools are small and jacuzzi was the same heat as the pools. Hardly any sun loungers round the pool that stays in the sun longer. But 4 Cabanas there that they want $150 per day for. You do get free sun loungers on the beach but not an umbrella. They wanted $30 for an umbrella. But at the end they charge you with daily resort fees. Plus as for trying to get Gluten free food in this hotel and the area you can't. they don't offer Gluten free food. One restaurant offered to cook me white rice !!! Your looked at like an alien if you ask for gluten free food. Needless to say i will not be coming back.

Beach Day in Miami
The best beach experience i had in a while. came to the Hilton Cabana for 1 chair and 1 umbrella and was assisted by Jonathan and his great hospitality.

Quiet, Clean, and Friendly!
The hotel is in a great and quieter location when compared to the entire Miami Beach area. While the rooms are slightly dated, the staff couldn't have been nicer and more accommodating! I can't say enough about Pedrina! She welcomed me and my family with a warm greeting and ensured we had a comfortable two night stay during Christmas. For that....I wish to extend our sincere thanks to Pedrina! You are a valuable asset to that Hilton and the team! Thank you again and Merry Christmas!

Totally content
Being far from home, we had a great dinner on Christmas Eve - delicious meals and very kind service thanks to waitress Adriana!
