Friend’s Birthday Getaway
I stayed at the Hilton Aruba Caribbean Resort & Casino and had a wonderful experience overall. The property is beautifully maintained, with lush tropical landscaping and direct access to a wide, clean stretch of Palm Beach. The beach staff were attentive and made it easy to relax with lounge chairs and shade whenever we needed it. The rooms were comfortable and well-kept, though a bit more modern décor would make them feel even more upscale. Housekeeping was consistent and thorough throughout our stay. The pool areas were lively but never overcrowded, and there were plenty of activities available for both relaxation and entertainment. Dining on-site was convenient, with several good options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The quality of the food and service made it all the much better. Especially watching the sunset at the restaurant. The casino and evening entertainment also added a fun element without being disruptive to guests who preferred a quieter atmosphere. What really stood out was the staff — friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming. Their hospitality made the trip feel special and stress-free. The manager on duty was Anastacia and she immediately recognized me as a Hilton Honors member and went out my way to improve my stay even by recommending an upgrade of my room to a better view. Overall, the Hilton Aruba is an excellent choice for travelers looking for a beachfront resort in a prime location, with strong service and plenty of amenities. I would happily stay here again.

Great stay
We have been coming to the Hilton here in Aruba with family for about 6 years. It is always one of our favorite trips. The hotel is convenient to everything. Everyone is very friendly. Jayden was amazing at check in. Very accommodating and Alexander at breakfast always had a smile and good conversation! They keep improving and updating the hotel and the property is beautiful! We are already starting the countdown to next years trip!

Great location, beautiful hotel
My husband and I visited Aruba for the first time over Valentine's day and stayed at this hotel/resort. Overall it was a great stay, the grounds are beautiful and easy to navigate. It's also centrally located on the main street in "Palm Springs". The great location made it easy to explore the area and get something to eat. The area around the hotel is styled after South Beach, Fl, but cleaner and safer, with lots of shopping and restaurants. The beach was easily accessible and you could access DePalm Pier next tour or continue to other hotels. Our room was well appointed, large with a balcony. It was advertised as "partial ocean view" but had a good view of the beach and water. A rooftop was to our right but it wasn't a problem. We stayed in Aruba tower but all of the towers are lined up next to each other. I think our was furthest away from the construction. They are still working on the newest tower and what looks like a new pool or pool expansion. The construction didn't have much impact on our vacation except that the one pool was closed, but there was another large pool that was open and plenty of seating/lounge arrangements around the pool. There was also a deck area with lounges that was very comfortable, although it wasn't by any water. However, it was much less crowded than everywhere else. The hotel was clean and very typical of Hiltons. Staff was helpful, although there were clearly some trainees who didn't have as much information as the more experienced staff. The casino was relatively small with a decent variety of slot machines but only one open roulette table, 3 open blackjack tables and 1 poker table. We were there on a Saturday so I was surprised at how quiet the Casino was, but people walked around a lot at night, a lot like South Beach, so less likely to be in the hotel. We had a couple of hiccups but nothing that would stop me from going back. We arrived in the early afternoon and went to get lunch. We arrived at 2:50 and didn't realize that happy hour started at 3 pm with discounted drinks. Unfortunately, our waiter didn't mention it when we ordered our drinks at 2:55 and, when we asked about the discounted prices at 3:05 he said it was too late to change. We tried to address it with multiple staff who kept referring us to someone else. Ultimately, it was $12 but it was more the annoyance that they could have mentioned it or waited the 5 minutes to put the order in. We went to have breakfast at the Laguna. We didn't want a lot of food but waited a long time for a fruit platter and acai bowl. The food was underwhelming. We are gold status and supposed to have a discount but it wasn't applied. This was consistent that staff didn't seem to know what discounts/specials to apply to guests. Oscars Market was nice for quick snacks. It also featured Lavazza coffee and a good variety of gelatto. Overall, a great stay at a good hotel.

Outstanding vacation due to superior service
Arrived at the Hilton late due to the Aruba airport shutdown on February 9, 2026. The room I booked was not the room I was assigned due to a booking mistake made by Priceline.com I was tired and cranky. The Front office manager (Elton Trezil) was kind and understanding. He went over and above to make my stay as pleasant as possible. He even helped me deal with the Priceline people who made the booking mistake. I really enjoyed whole Hilton experience as a result of Elton’s efforts and kindness. We loved the restaurants, beach, and grounds. Perfect location. Hilton is lucky to have him!

This place sucks- stay ANYWHERE else
Don’t ever go here… The place sucks, and the service is worse… Unfortunately, I took my family to the Hilton Aruba Carribbean Resort and Casino this week… From the second I arrived, I realized it was a gigantic mistake… Upon check in, I learned that my room was not yet available- minor inconvenience… Then I found out that one of the property’s two pools was closed for renovations, something that was conveniently left out when I booked the stay… The staff responded by telling me that the closure was disclosed on their website… After two days searching the website (on the hotel WiFi, which is virtually unusable its so bad) I found no mention of a closure… I did find wonderful prose and beautiful pictures extolling the wonder of Hilton’s two pools… They’re full of it- total liars… I then tried the bar, figuring an adult beverage might take the edge off… Nope… The vodka and soda I ordered was almost completely devoid of alcohol… To date, it’s the most expensive club soda I’ve ever purchased… The restaurant was equally poor… Hamburgers like hockey pucks, buffalo chicken wraps without buffalo sauce, and flavorless fries that tasted like they’d spent a decade under a heat lamp… When my room was ready, I went upstairs… Once inside, I was greeted by the air conditioner so loud I wondered if there was a trucking depot nearby… The furniture featured drawers that barely opened and closets with broken handles… To say that the room was old and worn is a generous description, as it looked like it was last remodeled circa 2002… My complaints to many staff members have yielded countless “I’m sorry, but tough sh-t” like responses… No accommodations, no exceptions, no discounts- not even an offer of lousy and worthless Hilton points… They even denied my request for a late checkout, citing the hotel’s fully booked status… Needless to say, I’ll NEVER stay at this dump again, nor any other Hilton property for that matter… As a lifetime Platinum Elite member with Marriott, its clear to see why Hilton is the Walmart of accommodations… If, like mine, your group decides to vacation here, immediately replace the decision makers or find another group… My advice to any traveler considering this property would be to stay ANYWHERE else on the island… This hotel and its staff flat out suck…
