Great family vacation!
Amazing family hotel! Great pools, beautiful not crowded beach, and great, easy food options spanning fancy restaurants to casual places to pick up coffee and yogurt. Love that the hotel felt easy to navigate and big enough to be luxurious but everything was close and accessible. Excellent choice!

Accommodating , Attentive and Kind.
I have been coming to Aruba for over 30 years now and have a timeshare on the same strip as the Hilton. This year has been a tough year as our 10 year son is battling brain cancer and we weren’t sure we could make it this year. My son is kicking butt but still going thru treatment so we had to come a few days earlier before our timeshare started. We spent 3 nights at the Aruba Hilton and they made the trip as memorable as can be. I did reach out about 6 weeks prior to our trip and told them my son’s story and how this is our first trip other than hospital trips over the past 10 months. They promptly responded and asked me a few questions about my son and family. Child cancer should not exist and it is a strain on the entire family. We arrived later in the day and upon check in they had gifts for both my 10 year old son and 12 year old daughter. They upgraded our room and gave us access to their club which offered daily breakfast and was delicious. They gave us a cabana at the pool all weekend, even on the Sunday we checked out because they knew our timeshare room wouldn’t be ready until later in that day well after check out. We had a guided tour thru their bird garden which was really cool and they offered a family spa hour which my wife took advantage of. They had champagne sent to our room along with cheese, fruit and crackers and other snacks for the kids. The final surprise was a visit from an Aruba local professional baseball player Xander Bogaerts, who came to our cabana, talked to us, took photos and brought my son an autographed ball. I also tell my kids it doesn’t cost anything to be kind and the Hilton is the definition of kindness. Being the father I am I have reached out to many organizations and some reply some don’t. The Hilton Aruba went above and beyond. I know this review isn’t all about the actual hotel and amenities but they do deserve some recognition for their kindness. The ground were beautiful, the room was awesome and the food was great. The pool was really nice and the beach was more spacious than the beach I have my time share a few hotels over. They were attentive and accommodating on all requests. Please stay here and support the Hilton in Aruba.

Hilton Aruba the Best
Tonight is the last of our 7 nights at the Hilton. We have been coming to this resort since before it was a Hilton, The Raddison. We have been blessed to stay on the Palm Beach Club Floor. This year was the first with the renovated club which was a complete upgrade from before. The staff led by Afroze, Janice and Kimberly was nothing less than suberb. The chefs accommodated our eating issues and the staff of Edwin et al were pleasant and there to help at every turn. We come back to Aruba and will only stay here with this group of wonderful people. Looking forward to the next vacation already. on a sad note we were sad to learn of the passing of Queen Mathilda. Our first visit without her. She will be missed by our family and thought of each time we return. The Barrys.

Sunset Bar
Not happy that they have eliminated the live music at the Sunset Bar. Been coming here for 20yrs and the music was always a plus. It’s pretty boring without it. Hope they bring it back.

Do Not Waste Your $$s at This Hotel.
I have stayed here a number of times but this will be my last. Today, our room was not cleaned during the day. Housekeeping showed up at 4:45 while we were getting ready for dinner. They agreed to come back in a 1/2 hour but did not. Unacceptable in the hospitality business. Clean guest rooms is a very basic expectation. In addition to this issue, we have noticed this Hilton "nickel & dimes" it's guests for services. The resort fee is $75 per day but that doesn't include a chair at the beach. 2 chairs at the beach are another $50 for the day. Additionally, 1 pool is closed, 1 restaurant is closed and there is construction on site. Ridiculous! There are other places that are nicer than this hotel.
