A incredible Disneyland trip
What an incredible stay we had at this hotel. We come from Australia as a family of five to visit Disneyland. Staying three nights at the hotel however we booked a fourth night so we could shower and change before a late flight. We were so impressed with the hotel. It is walking distance to Disneyland You can also catch a taxi or drive your car with ease. The room we huge, we had two queen beds and a double fold out couch, bathroom and kitchen space. So much room for our family. The children loved the pool, hot tubs and water play park. Rooms were quiet and provided a great rest after big and busy Disney days. Highly recommend!

Location is the only saving grace.
Given that we paid for one of the better rooms on the top floor, it was not to the standard one would expect for the money. To be blunt, the hotel is tired and in need of an overhaul. The carpet in the room is worn and only has a pattern around the perimeter of the room and felt less than clean beneath your feet. We booked a room for four, 2 adults and 2 children and the sleeping arrangements aside, there is very little room to store suitcases and the only wardrobe in the room can’t accommodate even one case due to the massive safe in the wardrobe. The door closing mechanism clashes with the wardrobe door when you need to access the wardrobe and you can hear everyone in the rooms around you opening their wardrobe as it is accompanied by a loud bang. This hotel is purely cashing in on the location to the theme parks but I believe they missed an opportunity during Covid to bring it out of the 70’s and update it to a more modern feel that will align with the asking price. Staff were very friendly and that is really the only shinning light I can throw on our stay here.

Excellent staff
The front desk and bar associates were excellent. This is the best stay off Disneyland property that we've had in at least 5 years. From the moment we arrived, they smiled and made us feel welcome and started off our stay on a positive note. We had drinks and dinner at the lobby bar one evening and the food and service was great there too. The bartender was very personable. Additionally, our rooms were clean and well prepared, and we lucked out with a great view.

Not the best experience
Crowed. Starbucks was 1 hr wait all day. Room cleanliness- smelled funky, mold growing in shower and bathroom ceiling. Towels stained. Restroom extremely small. For a Hilton and the price I expected better

EASY stay for multi-generational family
Had a trip to Disneyland planned and used this hotel as the home base. Unbelievably easy and worked for all ages. There was starbucks, a very well-equipped gym and a great bar/lounge that stayed open until 1 am with food until midnight! FANTASTIC
