Dec 23, 2025Highly Recommend The Haven Riviera
We really enjoyed our stay at The Haven Riviera Cancún. The staff was attentive and very friendly. Check in and Check out was easy. It is located about 25 minutes from the airport. We had a room with a King bed , balcony with a jacuzzi and a partial ocean view. It was very nice. The neighbors below us were noisy sometimes and stayed in their swim out pool partying loudly until 2am some nights. The bed was less than ideal and very uncomfortable. It seemed to sink in the middle . We did try to mention it the next morning in hopes of possibly getting a new mattress or a room change but it did not happen. Otherwise, the resort was fantastic. The beach was great! Lots of seating options at the beach and pools. There are several pools. Several awesome restaurants. Sahel- Concierge, Blanca- Pool Bartender/Waitstaff, Jesus- Waiter Flavors all took such great care of us during our stay! Thank you. We will be back

We traveled with my extended family — ages 90-19 — and had a wonderful time. I would describe the Haven Riviera as more of a couples resort, not many 19-25 years olds, but our kids still had a great time, thanks to the fun Activities Staff, especially Mar! Beautiful and clean resort. Paid extra for Serenity package and it was worth it. Nacho our concierge was fantastic. The staff was also very accommodating and friendly. Food was great, especially loved the hibachi dinner.

Memorable week
We had a wonderful week at Haven in Cancun. We upgraded to the serenity portion of the resort which I would highly recommend. We were given a butler, Nacho, who was incredible. Whenever we needed anything, he definitely was there to help. He helped us with golf, dinner and spa reservations. We also loved their activities director, Mar. She was so much fun and was so great at remembering everyone’s names. She works so hard to make sure everyone is having fun. Thanks so much. We did find the staff to be extremely friendly. The rooms were also great and we enjoyed many of the restaurants. We had a great time and would definitely come back.

Wonderful in all respects!
My wife and I enjoyed a wonderful five-night stay in early December. We were in the Serenity section as we like quiet, and although there is the more active and noisy pool (people having fun can be noisy!), we appreciate the option to choose one of the less busy areas to chill, read a book and chat. The accommodations are gorgeous and the staff wonderful. Our butler, Miguel, was absolutley outstanding in helping us organize our special dinners and activities. I attended the Gin Master Class with Jorge who is a magician of his trade as well as filled with knowledge (tip: he also runs the little mixology bar on the top floor every evening). The sommelier Christian is also a wealth of knowledge and he did a fabulous job with the Tequila and Chocolate session (who knew they pair so well!). Wait staff (Sandra and Ricardo, we see you!) were also accommodating and pleasant. This was our second visit to this property after sampling many others in the Cancun-Playa corridor. We plan to return!

Chapalin Colorado was in the House Again!!
We are home from our 4th visit to the Have Riviera Cancun. This resort is everything one can ask for in a luxury resort, but above that is the exceptional staff. Each and every one of the staff made us welcome and worked exceptionally hard to ensure we were always comfortable, well taken care of and pampered. Pool concierges, Luis, Jese and Sahel surprised us with towel art for our last day at the main pool; Degner used his artistic ability to provide a cabana with the sand art at the Serenity pool. There are so many that made our trip a memorable even that I am just going to post pictures. Bless each and every one of you and many blessings for the New Year!
