Beautiful view! We went with a Caesars Rewards group from North Carolina. Everything was amazing. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was OKawesome, it had two bathrooms and a perfect view of Heavenly, the Ski resort.

Denise at Harrahs made it epic!
Denise was the best. Above and beyond all expectations in hospitality and just being a rad human being!!! This is my go to place for South Lake and Denise made it exceptional.

My review of this hotel is very negative. 1) They don't want to clean the rooms; according to hotel policy, if you want, they will give you sheets and towels so you can do it yourself. 2) It needs urgent renovation; the furniture is very worn, the coffee maker doesn't work, neither does the hairdryer, the drawers are falling apart, and all the furniture is damaged and scratched. 3) They don't answer the phone at housekeeping or at reception. 4) And yet, they charge more than 300 US dollars per night. I recommend not staying at this hotel, except in very extreme circumstances.

Wonderful experience Love the views great dining experience
My only complaint is garbage cans in the bathroom otherwise it was a great experience I would reschedule for another trip
