Dec 31, 2025Second year in a row, won’t be our last
Went down just before Xmas with our family (19 people). Everyone had a wonderful time. Food was good (Umo and Frida were our favorites). Our butlers uri, Alex and fransisco were (as usual) on top of everything. We always had seats by the pool/beach or tables at the restaurants and they even helped us arrange a birthday dinner for 20 for a night. Everything went smoothly and we didn’t have to worry about a thing. We were happy to see Rafa still serving and made a point to look for him every morning/afternoon. He has such a warm sunny personality and his smile is contagious. Eleazar was a superstar and we were lucky to have him serving us during our nephews birthday dinner. He’s so much fun! Mayber is a real sweetheart and was always smiling and makes beautiful lattes. Armando was full of hustle and never let my drink go empty! Very much appreciated! Went to Umo a second night to see him again but unfortunately it was his day off. Thank you to all these amazing employees who made our trip this year extra special!

Juan at the pool
Juan at the pool is great! Great service & always brings drinks before they melt. He always makes sure to notice when our drinks are low and refills accordingly!

Family vacation
Amazing hotel and customer service. I want to recognize Alma at the towel service. She is always happy and provides top-notch customer service. Highly recommend this hotel as we have been here before.

Dec 28, 2025Terrible experience. Just interested in selling their package deals!
At the check in staff sent us to another employee when we inquired about excursion who kept on selling us special deal to sign up for the 'presentation' which was just just pressuring us for signing up with their parent company for travel deals. It was supposed to be 90 minutes presentation at the breakfast table but turned out to be visiting different properties which we refused. We were sent from one employee( Hector, Lucas, Claudia and Juan from legendary) to another. We ended up spending more than two hours just to get to our room after check in and still the bags were not delivered and had to call the front desk. Staff was not friendly at all. Have been to many resorts in Mexico but this was the worst experience. Food options were limited especially for vegetarians. Staff was not at all helpful.
