    Great Place, Friendly staff

    I love this hotel. It's beautiful and clean and the staff is fantastic. There is a swim up bar in the main pool and plenty of chairs on the deck. Fresh water all around the resort filled with ice. The beach is also very well cared for and amazing. You wont be disappointed.

    Horrible, disgusting, disrespectful, insulting, etc.

    This place was horrible to say the least, dirty rooms there was stains on my bed sheets, toilet was clogged when I got into my room. Service was awful. I wouldn’t recommend anyone go to this hotel. The hotel staff was so disrespectful and got mad at me for calling to fix the problems in my room upon arrival. Worst hotel I have ever been to say the least. If I could go lower than 1 star I would.

    Great experience and tasty food

    La comida estuvo increíble. Amazing food! Service was awesome. Our waiter Casillas and his helper Cidney made our visit very enjoyable! We 100% recommend this place! We came here for our honeymoon and they surprised us with a dessert. Thank you!

    5th time a charm

    Better late than never, my wife and I visited Hardrock Vallarta the last week of February. After a small room inconvenience (I would be leary of Paradise Pass) everything was exceptional as usual. The service was amazing, and food seemed better than usual. The staff is always very friendly and accommodating. As always, there were a few that stood out to us, so we like to mention them. Juan in Ciao, Samuel around the pools, Elizabeth at the pool, and Elizabeth in Ciao, Johan and Desi at the front desk. This is our 5th time here and we will definitely be back.
