We dines at the Zen Restaurant for dinner with our family and Jasmin was our waitress. She was very professional and helpful and makes a mean Cafe Diablo. The sushi is really g good and fresh and the deep fried ice cream for dessert is amazing. We will visit twice our vacation to Zen because of Jasmin. A real dining experience.

The Zen restaurant was great! Kudos to Jazmin, Daniel, captain Victor,Chef Israel, Lesly, Marek. Great food, great service! Very tasty, delicious food. Great atmosphere, friendly, helpful, quick and efficient service. We really enjoyed it

We had some issues with our first room but they resolved quickly by changing to a new room. Israel was our pool bartender and did a fantastic job! So nice to see Luis at breakfast again! Have seen him for many years when we come back. Always a good experience!

Our November 2024 trip to the Hard Rock Puerto Vallarta was very good. Despite the physical hotel portion needing renovations (ie floor chips, wall marks, & pipe / shower door issues) the pool area was very nice. It wasn’t supper busy either, so we weren’t required to wake up super early to reserve pool side seats. Same with dinner: just walk right in. Frieda Mexican restaurant, under the exceptional and professional service by Elias, was outstanding! The table side guacamole was excellent along with the fish dishes and mole. The Pacific Ocean had calm waves and included super soft sand. The Bruno Mars show was incredible and totally unexpected! Thanks again for some R&R 😊

All the staff is amazing, food and service were excellent. Beach and pools were easlily accessible and staff is always super friendly and nice. Drinks are really good and the food is great. Mar at Market restaurant breakfast especially nice and helpful!
