Dec 24, 2025Lovely hotel. Great staff.
We arrived at 7pm on Christmas Eve. Zero wait for check in. There were a couple restaurants open for dinner but we opted for the Xmas Buffett and enjoyed it. Lots of selection. Lots of staff circulating to take drink orders and clean up. The 9pm show was lively. Our kids enjoyed it very much. Our room is a bit dated but it’s clean and everything works well, including the jacuzzi. Struggled a bit with the tablet but once we rebooted it, it’s working perfectly. Wish the beds were bigger but space is limited because of the tub! Requested room service to bring more bottled water and it arrived within minutes. Every time we’ve asked questions so far to the front desk or any staff, they’ve been very professional and friendly. What a great start to our family vacation. Will update on how things go from here!

Dec 24, 2025Wish We Would Have Gone Elsewhere
After only being here for one day I want to leave. And hopes that this resort sees this I thought I would leave a review since I only get 100 Characters I will make this short. 1. Arrival: Baggage was going to take up to an hour according to the individuals at the front door. 2. Check In: took 45 minutes between other individuals trying to sell us the Legendary (timeshare-esque) and my wife and I getting our Wrist bands. 3. 1st nite meal in the buffet dining. Blah...Food like warm at best 4. The tubs in the room had no hot water for my wife and I. Needless to say this is pointless. 5. Sleep...OK 6. Aside from the coffee machine in your room you cannot get a coffee before 0700. I have never had this at any resort nor on a cruise ship. 7. Breakfast @ Ciao. Aside from the omelette all the food was not even lukewarm ie breakfast sausages. Keep in mind this is when they first opened. 8. Beach & Service: there was barely any service. I spent more time trying to get up to the bar than I did on the beach with my wife. 9. Dinner. Since it is Christmas Eve they are forcing everybody in to their ballroom for dinner with no other options. 10. If I could check into somewhere else without extra cost I would so I guess I will ride this one out and never come back. There is more but I am out of characters.

Great location, nice room and kind staff. The pools are big and they didnt seem too crowded despite the holidays. The food was nice and the service was usually good.

Great all around hotel!
Lovely hotel. Clean modern rooms and comfortable beds. Nice heated pool. Beautiful beach no seaweed. Great service all around. Special thanks to servers, Alex, Lulu and Elizabeth that worked tirelessly around the pool and beach. Wonderful service and food at Ciao restaurant. The manager Juan and staff Esau and Natalia were fantastic! Overall a great stay!

Good times at Hard Rock
Great location and beach, staff was excellent, food wise good variety and decent, rooms were cleaned regularly and well, property is being updated which is much needed
