    Great time!

    We had a great time! All of the restaurants served quality food and had a gorgeous interior. The rooms were clean and spacious, and accommodations in general were lovely. Humberto was very attentive and always made sure to check in on us whenever we were at the pool.

    Feliciano with rock royalty was great!

    Our butler Feliciano with rock royalty was great! He was able to make us cabana, dinner and spa reservations. He always checked in with us to see if we needed anything! It was a wonderful experience. We were able to text him with any questions or concerns and he always responded quickly. It made the vacation easier and more enjoyable knowing we had this service with a simple text. I highly recommend taking advantage of this service. Particularly Feliciano, he was truly pleasant to work with!

    Great place to stay in Los Cabos for people with allergies and dietary restrictions.

    Wonderful resort and a fantastic vacation. The staff were so friendly and helpful, particularly with our Daughter’s life-threatening allergy. Special thanks to Daniel at the front desk, Mayer in the lobby and Victor at Toro. Also, Julio at JJ Studio is an amazing photographer who took our daughter’s senior photos.

    Relaxing in the sun

    The red pool was relaxing I encourage you to check it out if you go! Humberto was very friendly and attentive! We will certainly be back next time! The drinks were really good and the food was too! Danny blood was a great host and he even brought a cake for my fiancés birthday!

    Treated like a criminal

    We came to the hotel to play an escape room at escapolgy which is inside of their hotel. Little did we know what we had to go through to be there. If you're not staying at the resort you're treated like a possible criminal. The initial gate to get into the community security is tight and they requested my booking email but we had to reschedule so my booking didn't have the updated date and time. They also questioned how early we were there. The escape room time was 12:45pm and we arrived at 11:15am. They told us to arrive early as we had to register with the hotel since we didn't have a room there. When we got there they made us fill out some form and held our ids until we left. Not sure what purpose that serves. We also could not leave the bench we were sitting at until someone from the escape room staff came to pick us up. So we couldn't even go to their bar to have a drink while waiting. Getting the kids back was a feat also. If you're going to take them and hold them you need to be available to give them back in a timely manner. Do not reccomend.
