Our concierge was Armando Rock Royalty Agent. He was very attentive and immediately helpful whenever we needed or desired anything such as transportation, spa reservations, cabanas. He always greeted with good morning when he arrived. He would let us know the restaurant times n daily entertainment activities. He also would say good evening when he left the hotel but also made sure we knew he was available. He added to the pleasantry of the trip.

Daughter's Senior Trip
Went with my wife, daughter and 60 of her friends for their Senior Trip........the resort was very nice, looked brand new. Food was excellent and we loved our Rock Royalty upgrade that came with a concierge, whose name was Mar. She was amazing and went above and beyond! All the staff was courteous, quick to help, but Mar was our favorite!

Stay at Hard Rock!
Everything about this place is next level! The rooms are beautiful, the special amenties in the suite are incredible, and the ocean views are simply breathtaking. From the moment you arrive, you’re warmly welcomed by Alan, Irina, and Miguel. What truly makes this resort unforgettable is the staff. The service here is world-class. Huge shoutout to Alejandro, Daniel, Raúl, Rebeca de Zen, Lili de Los Gallos, Axel y Betho at the pool Ritmo and finally Mariela and Andrea, who thoughtfully coordinate the wonderful amenities. All of them are friendly, attentive, and always going above and beyond to make sure you’re having the best time. This place never disappoints. Can’t wait for our next trip back. Thank you to Jair at Front Desk and the entire team for making every visit so special!

Currently staying at the hard rock with my daughter. Lots of kids here for spring break, but everyone is super respectful, and we haven’t had any issues. Only complaint is the lack of music! Never have I ever been to a resort that doesn’t play music at the pools or lobby bar. I’m so perplexed about this, and not sure if it’s because of the spring breakers, but it really lacks a vibe. Super disappointed as with a brand like hard rock, you’d think they’d know how important music is to creating a fun atmosphere. Do better hard rock!!

- Pet Policy : Pets Allowed:
A maximum of two pets are allowed per room. The hotel is not responsible for providing food for pets due to each pet's particular diet/eating habits. The pet friendly program allows for each pet to be a maximum weight of 48.5lbs and a height of 15.7in. The program requires a fee of 150USD plus tax per pet, per stay. The hotel will not provide kennels or crates.
