Tatar in the front desk is an inspiration. Her customer service skills are the best I’ve seen and her eagerness to satisfy the guest truly a blessing to the hotel Jeff the Waiter by the Pool area is eager to please the hotel guess with suggestions and just making it right all in all this is a wonderful place starting from the front desk all the way to the hotel itself. I get this hotel five stars.

COME ON IN!
We had an absolutely amazing experience tonight thanks to Jeff! He was attentive, friendly, and made our meal eating from the holiday happy hour feel extra special. From the drinks to the food, everything was perfect, and Jeff’s knowledge of the menu and great personality truly elevated the experience. A thoughtful touch that really stood out was him giving us plastic utensils for our leftovers, knowing we were staying at the hotel—such a small detail that made a big difference. He truly went above and beyond, and we can’t wait to come back

Jeff from WI was awesome!!
Friendly waitstaff and tasty food! Sat beach-side and enjoyed the ocean waves. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a nice dinner spot.

wonderful stay
Perfect location and cool stuffs. Had a great time at the Reception and Rock Shop. Molly at the shop was excellent. She knows how to make us feel happy with her smile and talk 🎸

5 Star Treatment and Experience in Daytona
Dawn at The Rock Shop was very helpful !!! I think this Hard Rock Store is the Best I’ve experienced !!! They have a very nice variety of souvenirs, to suit many different tastes ! I think the other Hard Rock Shops could learn a few things , as to what to buy , to have in stock , for the Varied Hard Rock Guest Fan !! The entire staff , at HR Daytona, has been so warm and friendly !! Would highly recommend !!
