Great Location. Easy walk to Universal Studios
We stayed for 5 nights at the hotel. Our first stay at the Hard Rock. The room was spacious but soundproofing was very poor. We had difficult neighbours on the final night and security had to be called. The security team were quick to respond and luckily shut the neighbours up!!!!! Housekeeping wasn’t good and didn’t arrive until after 17:30 on two of the evenings. The room wasn’t particularly cleaned well and the bathroom sink area wasn’t even wiped down. Reception staff were helpful and baggage services were good for looking after luggage on arrival and departure days. The hotel has lots of seating areas but sometimes difficult to find a quiet space ( if this is what you want). The bar was good and great service from the bar staff. We ate in ‘The Kitchen’ one evening service was very slow but the food was good. There’s a walking path that takes you straight into the park area or ‘ City Walk’ and the boat service is also a must ( just to say you’ve done it). Overall a good stay at the hotel ( just a few niggles). However it is expensive to stay on site and the hotel should meet reflect this.

Hard Rock Universal Orlando
Positive points Excellent hotel the closest to the universal the best to go to pe and not get picking the boat the magazine too and close to the entrance of the park and does not pass by where the public comes to the parks worth every penny without saying that the hotel is very beautiful. negative points ... the cleanliness and pretty bad more in Orlando most and so I have stayed in several

One of the best options in Orlando, especially if you're going to Universal's parks
Exceptional hotel, located 5-10min walk from the parks of Universal; also has boats that do the transfers, in addition to bus to the Volcano Bay park, for example. Spacious room and with good beds and good bathroom; well equipped gym. The hotel has two restaurants, a bar and a "marketplace" with cafeteria and pizzeria, which also sells drinks - a great option for those who want to leave early but do not want to pick up the coffee from the hotel. The best part is for those visiting the parks: in addition to the entrance 1 hour earlier at the Island of Adventure (this does not apply to Universo Studios), daily tickets include the Express Pass. Much better experience than staying in Disney hotels! Parking "self parking", even being paid, is small, and sometimes takes time to find a vacancy. There is nothing more to complain about at the hotel!

Unlimited Express Pass
Excellent hotel. Clean. Organized. Friendly and helpful employees. Small but comfortable room. A few steps from the entrance to the parks and the city walk. The great advantage is to earn the Unlimited express pass, in addition to early entry into the park. Worth every cent spent.

Great as always!
Updated rooms are nice. But that isn't why your would stay here. The real draw is the vibes. By vibes I mean the awesome staff, fantastic eateries, the best pool (by far) in Universal, constant music, location to parks, cleanliness....The folks at the Beach Club are over the top helpful and friendly. The Velvet Lounge (they may have changed the name) is the best for experienced, courteous, friendly and accommodating bar tenders (hope Skinny feels better). Not to mention the live music, which is fantastic. You are better off eating at one of the hotel bars/restaurants than many (if not all) of the establishments in City Walk. As usual, Hard Rock sets the bar for a fun and relaxing vacation.
